Mai 2026 das erste Schiff im Rahmen einer \u00fcberarbeiteten Hafenrotation des FP2-Dienstes in Tacoma empfangen. Dieser Schritt er\u00f6ffnet neue M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr den Umschlag von zus\u00e4tzlichem Frachtgut und verbessert die Inlandverbindungen f\u00fcr die Kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Der erste Anlauf des umgestellten FP2-Dienstes, der nun Tacoma anstelle des kanadischen Vancouver als ersten Hafen ansteuert, demonstrierte die Effizienz und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des NWSA-Hafens. W\u00e4hrend des Wochenendbetriebs wurde die Ladung des Schiffs <em>ONE Owl<\/em> z\u00fcgig im NWSA-eigenen North Intermodal Yard auf die Schiene verladen. Der erste Zug war innerhalb weniger Stunden nach der Ankunft des Schiffs beladen, und alle Importg\u00fcter waren innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Entladung verladen. Diese schnelle Abwicklung erm\u00f6glichte es, die Importe rechtzeitig nach Chicago zu transportieren, bevor das Schiff seinen zweiten Hafen in Vancouver erreichte.<\/p>\n<p>Die erfolgreiche Koordination mit dem Husky Terminal sowie den beiden grossen Eisenbahngesellschaften und den ILWU-Gewerkschaften trugen zu dieser effizienten Abfertigung bei.
