Diese Aufforderung erfolgt im Rahmen des IATA-FIATA Consultative Council (IFCC) und bezieht sich auf die Resolution 801c, Artikel 4.2. Die \u00c4nderungen sollen am 1. Juli 2026 in Kraft treten.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Mitteilung \u00e4ussert der Verband der internationalen Spediteursverb\u00e4nde Bedenken hinsichtlich der unzureichenden Konsultation zu den rechtlichen, operativen und versicherungstechnischen Auswirkungen der vorgeschlagenen Massnahmen. Die Organisation weist darauf hin, dass es unter den Akteuren der Branche wachsende rechtliche Unsicherheiten gibt und dass Stabilit\u00e4t in einem bereits gest\u00f6rten globalen Luftfrachtmarkt erforderlich ist. Die FIATA fordert eine \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der \u00c4nderungen, um eine strukturierte Neubewertung durch die Branche zu erm\u00f6glichen.
