Die Ergebnisse zeigen signifikante Unterschiede in den Anlieferungsprozessen, den Herausforderungen und den technologischen Priorit\u00e4ten der beiden M\u00e4rkte.<\/p>\n<h3>Lieferverz\u00f6gerungen im Fokus<\/h3>\n<p>Die Umfrage ergab, dass im DACH-Raum kein Unternehmen von durchg\u00e4ngig planm\u00e4\u00dfigen Anlieferungen berichtet. \u00dcber die H\u00e4lfte der befragten Unternehmen verzeichnet Verz\u00f6gerungen bei bis zu 50 Prozent der Transporte, w\u00e4hrend 14 Prozent sogar noch h\u00f6here Anteile angeben. Im Vergleich dazu berichten 44 Prozent der US-Unternehmen von Versp\u00e4tungen bei weniger als zehn Prozent der Ank\u00fcnfte. Kein Unternehmen in den USA gibt an, dass mehr als 50 Prozent aller Lkw versp\u00e4tet ankommen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ursachen f\u00fcr diese Verz\u00f6gerungen sind in beiden Regionen \u00e4hnlich. Unerwartete St\u00f6rungen im Ablauf werden von 66 Prozent der Befragten als Hauptursache genannt. Im DACH-Raum sind jedoch interne Engp\u00e4sse st\u00e4rker ausgepr\u00e4gt: 64 Prozent der Befragten f\u00fchren fehlende personelle oder technische Kapazit\u00e4ten als Grund an, w\u00e4hrend dieser Anteil in den USA bei 45 Prozent liegt. Weitere Probleme wie unkoordinierte Lkw-Ank\u00fcnfte und ungenaue Zeitfenster werden ebenfalls in beiden Regionen als relevant erachtet.<\/p>\n<h3>Digitalisierung und ihre H\u00fcrden<\/h3>\n<p>Die Digitalisierung im Yard Management schreitet voran, jedoch unterscheiden sich die H\u00fcrden zwischen den beiden M\u00e4rkten. Im DACH-Raum nutzen 59 Prozent der Unternehmen bereits aktiv eine Yard Management Software, w\u00e4hrend in den USA der Anteil bei 64 Prozent liegt. In den USA planen zudem 12 Prozent der Unternehmen, diese Technologie mittelfristig einzuf\u00fchren. Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Hindernisse f\u00fcr die Digitalisierung im DACH-Raum sind fehlende interne Kapazit\u00e4ten (48 Prozent) und Integrationsfragen (27 Prozent). In den USA hingegen sind Budgetrestriktionen (47 Prozent) und unklare Business Cases (39 Prozent) h\u00e4ufigere Herausforderungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ziele, die Unternehmen mit einem Yard Management System verfolgen, zeigen ebenfalls Unterschiede. Im DACH-Raum liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der operativen Effizienz: 77 Prozent der Befragten wollen Durchlauf- und Wartezeiten verk\u00fcrzen, w\u00e4hrend in den USA neben der besseren Planbarkeit des Zulaufs (70 Prozent) auch die Reduzierung von Standgeldern (62 Prozent) und mehr Transparenz \u00fcber Prozesse (59 Prozent) im Vordergrund stehen.<\/p>\n<h3>Unterschiedliche Anforderungen an moderne Systeme<\/h3>\n<p>Die Anforderungen an moderne Yard-Management-Systeme variieren ebenfalls. Im DACH-Raum stehen Funktionen, die den operativen Alltag entlasten, im Vordergrund. 65 Prozent der Befragten nennen mobile Voranmeldungen, 63 Prozent Self-Check-in-Funktionen und 60 Prozent die Automatisierung von Abl\u00e4ufen. In den USA hingegen sind st\u00e4rker vernetzte Steuerungsfunktionen von Bedeutung, wie die Fahrerkommunikation (66 Prozent) und Schnittstellen zu Telematik-Plattformen (58 Prozent).<\/p>\n<p>Die Priorit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr die kommenden f\u00fcnf Jahre zeigen ebenfalls unterschiedliche Ans\u00e4tze. US-Unternehmen legen gro\u00dfen Wert auf mobile Bedienbarkeit (77 Prozent), Cloud-Architekturen (75 Prozent) und KI-basierte Optimierung (71 Prozent). Im DACH-Raum sind diese Werte deutlich niedriger, wobei 61 Prozent mobile Bedienbarkeit und 49 Prozent Integration nennen.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Graf, Produktmanager bei INFORM, kommentiert die Ergebnisse: \u201eUnternehmen im DACH-Raum und den USA verfolgen unterschiedliche Entwicklungspfade, doch in beiden M\u00e4rkten w\u00e4chst die Bedeutung einer verl\u00e4sslichen Steuerung des Yards. Je dynamischer Anlieferungen, Ressourcen und operative Priorit\u00e4ten werden, desto wichtiger ist ein gemeinsames Lagebild, das Orientierung schafft und belastbare Entscheidungen erm\u00f6glicht.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Die Umfrage \u201eWie smart ist Ihr Yard?
