Es soll Probleme wie die falsche Klassifizierung von Paketen, Dokumentationsfehler und Streitigkeiten, die h\u00e4ufig zu Verz\u00f6gerungen bei der Zollabfertigung f\u00fchren, angehen. Laut einer Studie von Avalara aus den Jahren 2023-2024 geben 43% der Unternehmen an, dass ihre Sendungen im Zoll verz\u00f6gert werden, w\u00e4hrend 41% die komplexen und nicht harmonisierten Zollvorschriften als eines der gr\u00f6ssten Probleme in der Lieferkette identifizieren.<\/p>\n<p>Das System wird mit drei zentralen technischen Funktionen ausgestattet sein. Erstens werden unver\u00e4nderliche Versandereignisprotokolle mithilfe der Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) von Hedera gesichert. Zweitens erfolgt eine nahtlose Integration mit TradeTrust, einem etablierten Rahmenwerk, das den digitalen Handel standardisiert und rechtliche Sicherheit bietet. Drittens wird eine KI-gest\u00fctzte Validierung der Harmonisierten System (HS)-Codes integriert, um die Klassifizierungsgenauigkeit weiter zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<h3>Integration von Technologien zur Verbesserung der Zollabwicklung<\/h3>\n<p>Das digitale Zoll-Dokumentationssystem wird in der Lage sein, unver\u00e4nderliche und pr\u00fcfbare Aufzeichnungen aller wichtigen Versandereignisse zu erfassen. Die Implementierung des TradeTrust-Rahmenwerks erm\u00f6glicht die Bereitstellung rechtlich anerkannter elektronischer Handelsdokumente (LRETD) und adressiert Herausforderungen in der traditionellen Logistik, wie beispielsweise die falsche Klassifizierung von Gefahrgut. Durch die Nutzung von DLT wird Transparenz geschaffen, w\u00e4hrend LRETD rechtliche Sicherheit bietet und KI zur Verbesserung der Klassifizierungsgenauigkeit eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Teleport, das \u00fcber eins der gr\u00f6ssten und tiefsten Luftlogistiknetze in S\u00fcdostasien verf\u00fcgt, hat im Jahr 2025 \u00fcber 167 Millionen Pakete in der Region bewegt.
