Ein US-Bundesgericht hat eine Anklage gegen die Synergy Marine Pte Ltd aus Singapur, die Synergy Maritime Pte Ltd aus Chennai, Indien, sowie gegen den technischen Superintendenten der <em>M\/V Dali<\/em>, erhoben. Die Anklage umfasst Verschw\u00f6rung zur Betrugsabsicht gegen\u00fcber den USA sowie die fahrl\u00e4ssige T\u00f6tung von sechs Bauarbeitern, die zum Zeitpunkt des Vorfalls auf der Br\u00fccke arbeiteten.<\/p>\n<p>Am 26. Ein loses Kabel in einem Hochspannungs-Schaltkasten wird als Ursache f\u00fcr den ersten Stromausfall vermutet. Die Anklage legt dar, dass die Systeme des Schiffes urspr\u00fcnglich mit zuverl\u00e4ssigen Redundanzen und automatischen Neustartfunktionen ausgestattet waren, um nach einem Stromausfall schnell wieder einsatzbereit zu sein.
