Der neue Kran vom Liebherr-Werk Rostock erg\u00e4nzt zwei bereits im Jahr 2023 in Betrieb genommene Krane und soll die Effizienz im Umgang mit Sch\u00fcttgut erh\u00f6hen. Teesport z\u00e4hlt zu den gr\u00f6ssten H\u00e4fen im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich und spielt eine zentrale Rolle im regionalen Wirtschaftsgeschehen, indem er j\u00e4hrlich etwa 26 bis 28 Mio. t Fracht abwickelt.<\/p>\n<h3>Erweiterung der Sch\u00fcttgutkapazit\u00e4ten<\/h3>\n<p>Der LPS 550 zeichnet sich durch seine elektrischen Antriebssysteme und pr\u00e4zise Technik aus, die eine gleichm\u00e4ssige Leistung gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Konstruktion des Krans erm\u00f6glicht pr\u00e4zise Greifoperationen, was f\u00fcr die Bediener von Vorteil ist, wenn Sch\u00fcttgutschiffe am Kai anlegen. Der neue Kran wird speziell f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcttgutverladung eingesetzt und soll dazu beitragen, die Flexibilit\u00e4t am Kai w\u00e4hrend Spitzenzeiten zu erh\u00f6hen. Die Leistung und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der bestehenden Liebherr-Krane haben sich t\u00e4glich bew\u00e4hrt, und die Hinzuf\u00fcgung eines dritten LPS 550 gibt uns mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t am Kai und mehr Spielraum w\u00e4hrend der Spitzenzeiten.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Nachhaltigkeit und Effizienz im Fokus<\/h3>\n<p>Die elektrischen Antriebe des LPS 550 erm\u00f6glichen eine ruhige und pr\u00e4zise Bewegung, was den Bedienern hilft, \u00fcber lange Schichten hinweg konstant zu arbeiten. Der Kran wird ausschliesslich mit Landstrom betrieben, wodurch der Einsatz von fossilen Brennstoffen entf\u00e4llt und ein effizienter, umweltfreundlicher Betrieb gef\u00f6rdert wird. Die Konstruktion des Krans bietet ausreichend Platz f\u00fcr Lkw und Schienenfahrzeuge, was die Anbindung des Teesports an die Stra\u00dfen \u00fcber die A66 und A19 optimiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vertriebs- und Serviceteams von Liebherr Great Britain gew\u00e4hrleisten einen schnellen Zugang zu Ersatzteilen und vor Ort Unterst\u00fctzung, wobei die Wartung um die Ankunftszeiten von Schiffen und Z\u00fcgen geplant wird.
