W\u00e4hrend die Kriegsdeckung f\u00fcr Schiffe mit einer Frist von sieben Tagen gek\u00fcndigt werden kann, sobald die Waren in Transit sind, kann die Frachtkriegsdeckung nicht storniert werden. Diese Regelung bietet zwar einen kritischen Schutz f\u00fcr Frachtbesitzer, hat jedoch auch ihre Grenzen. So kann die Frachtkriegsdeckung beispielsweise bei der Entladung oder innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Ankunft im Hafen auslaufen. Zudem schliessen Standardformulierungen oft die Frustration der Reise aus, und es gibt keinen direkten \u00c4quivalent zur Detentionsklausel f\u00fcr Schiffe, was die Frachtbesitzer in einer unsicheren Lage bel\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Breeze warnt, dass diese L\u00fccken zunehmend bedeutender werden, da Konflikte zu Routenvermeidung, Blockaden und verz\u00f6gertem Transport f\u00fchren, was technische Versicherungsfragen in praktische Risikofragen f\u00fcr Spediteure, Logistikdienstleister und Versender verwandelt. \u201eDas ist kein Grund zur Alarmierung, aber wir ben\u00f6tigen mehr Klarheit, eine bessere Produktgestaltung und eine Policensprache, die das aktuelle Risikoumfeld widerspiegelt\u201c, so Kern-Ferretti weiter.<\/p>\n<p>Das Unternehmen fordert eine breitere Diskussion \u00fcber die Frachtkriegsdeckung und eine Innovation im Versicherungsbereich, die den Schutz verst\u00e4ndlicher, zug\u00e4nglicher und anwendbarer f\u00fcr exponierte Handelsrouten macht.
