Im Rahmen dieser Vereinbarung wird Kuehne+Nagel das Produkt \u201eShip Green\u201c von Hapag-Lloyd nutzen, um den CO\u2082-Fu\u00dfabdruck seiner Seefrachttransporte zu verringern.<\/p>\n<h3>Vereinbarung zur Reduktion von Emissionen<\/h3>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung stellt einen bedeutenden Schritt in der Zusammenarbeit der beiden Unternehmen dar. F\u00fcr den Zeitraum von April bis Dezember 2026 werden etwa 3.300 TEU Fracht, die auf der Handelsroute von Ostasien nach Nordeuropa transportiert wird, unter diese Vereinbarung fallen. Durch den Einsatz von zertifizierten biobasierten Kraftstoffen, die aus Abf\u00e4llen und R\u00fcckst\u00e4nden gewonnen werden, wird erwartet, dass rund 2.979 Tonnen CO\u2082e-Emissionen auf Basis des gesamten Lebenszyklus vermieden werden.<\/p>\n<p>Danny Smolders, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Global Sales bei Hapag-Lloyd, \u00e4u\u00dferte sich zu der Partnerschaft: \u201eWir sind stolz darauf, unsere Zusammenarbeit mit Kuehne+Nagel auf die n\u00e4chste Stufe zu heben. Wir freuen uns, unsere Zusammenarbeit mit Hapag-Lloyd auszubauen, um dies zu verwirklichen.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Mechanismus zur Emissionsverringerung<\/h3>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung basiert auf einem Buch-und-Anspruch-Mechanismus, der es Kunden erm\u00f6glicht, verifizierte Emissionsreduktionen geltend zu machen, unabh\u00e4ngig von der physischen Kraftstoffzuweisung an bestimmte Schiffe oder Routen. Nur die Emissionsreduktionen aus Biokraftstoffen, die in der Flotte von Hapag-Lloyd verwendet werden, werden Kuehne+Nagel zugeordnet. Dieses Modell erm\u00f6glicht skalierbare Klimaschutzma\u00dfnahmen und nutzt biobasierte Kraftstoffe als \u00dcbergangsl\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n<p>Beide Unternehmen haben sich ehrgeizige Klimaziele gesetzt. Hapag-Lloyd strebt an, bis 2045 eine Netto-Null-Betriebsbilanz f\u00fcr seine Flotte zu erreichen, w\u00e4hrend Kuehne+Nagel sich verpflichtet hat, bis 2050 Netto-Null-Emissionen in der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette zu erreichen.
