Wie die Unternehmen mitteilen, wurde innerhalb eines Jahres ein einheitlicher digitaler Freistellungsprozess f\u00fcr die H\u00e4fen Hamburg, Bremerhaven und Wilhelmshaven etabliert. Dieser Prozess erm\u00f6glicht eine hafen\u00fcbergreifende Abwicklung und ersetzt das zuvor genutzte PIN-basierte Verfahren, wie DAKOSY mitteilt.<\/p>\n<h3>Digitalisierung der Containerfreistellung<\/h3>\n<p>Der neue digitale Freistellungsprozess basiert auf einem Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement, das die Abholung von Containern sicher und effizient gestalten soll. Die digitale Freigabe wird von einem Akteur innerhalb der Transportkette an den n\u00e4chsten weitergegeben. Dies erm\u00f6glicht die Kommunikation zwischen den verschiedenen Beteiligten, zu denen Containerterminals, Reedereien sowie Speditionen und Transportunternehmen geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Implementierung des digitalen Systems erfolgte in einem stufenweisen Change-Prozess, der sich \u00fcber sechs Monate erstreckte. Alle beteiligten Unternehmen wurden verpflichtet, sich an den neuen Standard anzuschliessen.
