Gleichzeitig wurde Yuriy Ostapyak (Foto), der bisherige Chief Operating Officer (COO), zum neuen CEO ernannt. Diese Ver\u00e4nderungen treten sofort in Kraft.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00fchrungswechsel und strategische Ausrichtung<\/h3>\n<p>Jim Berlin, der das Unternehmen vor fast 30 Jahren mit nur einem Kunden und drei Mitarbeitern gegr\u00fcndet hat, \u00e4usserte sich zu diesem \u00dcbergang: \u201eDie Entwicklung von Logistics Plus ist das Ergebnis der harten Arbeit, Kreativit\u00e4t und des Engagements unserer Mitarbeiter.\u201c Er betonte, dass die t\u00e4gliche F\u00fchrung des Unternehmens nun in f\u00e4higen H\u00e4nden liege und lobte Ostapyaks bisherige Leistungen. Ostapyak ist seit 2005 bei Logistics Plus und bringt eine 20-j\u00e4hrige Karriere in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Betrieb, Frachtvermittlung und globale Beschaffung mit. In seiner Rolle als COO war er massgeblich an der globalen Expansion des Unternehmens beteiligt und hat es von einem Logistikdienstleister zu einem Anbieter umfassender L\u00f6sungen im Bereich Supply Chain Management weiterentwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Ostapyak, der Abschl\u00fcsse in International Business und Marketing von der Edinboro University of Pennsylvania sowie in International Economics von der Kyiv National Economic University besitzt, erkl\u00e4rte: \u201eJim hat etwas Aussergew\u00f6hnliches aufgebaut \u2013 ein Unternehmen, das nicht nur durch Wachstum, sondern auch durch die Menschen und Werte gepr\u00e4gt ist.\u201c Er zeigte sich geehrt, die Leitung von Logistics Plus zu \u00fcbernehmen und bekr\u00e4ftigte sein Engagement f\u00fcr die Kunden und Partner des Unternehmens.<\/p>\n<p>Berlin wird weiterhin aktiv in die strategische Ausrichtung von Logistics Plus eingebunden bleiben und sich auch k\u00fcnftig f\u00fcr Hilfsprojekte in der Ukraine sowie Initiativen in Erie einsetzen.
