Diese Entscheidung tritt sofort in Kraft. Trolle bringt \u00fcber 40 Jahre Erfahrung in der Branche mit, zuletzt war er von 2015 bis 2024 als CEO von Air &amp; Sea bei DSV t\u00e4tig, wo er umfassende Kenntnisse im Management multinationaler Luft- und Seefrachtoperationen erwarb.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische Neuausrichtung<\/h3>\n<p>Im Zuge einer globalen strategischen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Luft- und Seefracht-Sparte hat NTG Ende 2025 eine umfassende Transformation eingeleitet. Ziel dieser Neuausrichtung ist es, organisches Wachstum und Rentabilit\u00e4t zu steigern. Der Ansatz verfolgt eine R\u00fcckbesinnung auf grundlegende Aspekte, um die Entwicklung der Sparte in den jeweiligen M\u00e4rkten zu f\u00f6rdern. Dies soll durch beschleunigte Verbesserungen der Betriebsabl\u00e4ufe, eine verfeinerte kommerzielle Markteintrittsstrategie sowie durch organisatorische St\u00e4rkung geschehen. Zudem wird ein st\u00e4rkerer Fokus auf die Entwicklung neuer Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder in M\u00e4rkten gelegt, in denen NTG bislang nicht vertreten ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ernennung von Trolle wird als entscheidender Schritt zur Umsetzung dieser strategischen Transformation angesehen. Vor seiner Zeit bei NTG war Trolle f\u00fcr die globalen Luft- und Seefrachtoperationen bei DSV verantwortlich.
