Laut einer Analyse des Unternehmens CBRE wurde ein Transaktionsvolumen von 1,4 Milliarden Euro verzeichnet, was einem Anstieg von 16 Prozent im Vergleich zum ersten Quartal 2025 entspricht. Diese Entwicklung deutet auf ein wachsendes Interesse an Logistikimmobilien hin, trotz eines leichten R\u00fcckgangs des Anteils dieser Immobilien im Gesamtmarkt.<\/p>\n<h3>Ver\u00e4nderungen im Transaktionsanteil<\/h3>\n<p>Der Anteil der Logistikimmobilien am Gesamtvolumen sank gem\u00e4ss der Analyse um 13 Prozentpunkte auf 70 Prozent. Im Gegensatz dazu verzeichnete die Leichtindustrie einen Anstieg um 12 Prozentpunkte auf 18 Prozent. Die Produktionsimmobilien blieben nahezu stabil und machten weiterhin 11 Prozent des Transaktionsvolumens aus.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Trend ist der R\u00fcckgang der Bedeutung der sieben gr\u00f6ssten St\u00e4dte in Bezug auf das Transaktionsvolumen. Der Anteil dieser St\u00e4dte fiel um 10 Prozentpunkte auf lediglich sechs Prozent. Die Analyse zeigt zudem, dass Portfoliotransaktionen an Bedeutung gewinnen. Ihr Anteil stieg um neun Prozentpunkte auf 21 Prozent. Die Prime-Rendite f\u00fcr Logistikimmobilien bleibt stabil bei 4,4 Prozent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
