Die geplante Fl\u00e4che von 15.500 m\u00b2 wird eine Lagerkapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr 10.000 Paletten bieten. Die K\u00fchllager werden Temperaturen zwischen 2 und 4 \u00b0C aufrechterhalten, w\u00e4hrend ein temperierter Bereich zwischen 14 und 18 \u00b0C vorgesehen ist.<\/p>\n<h3>Umweltfreundliche Bauweise<\/h3>\n<p>Die KS Groupe, ein multidisziplin\u00e4rer Generalunternehmer mit 450 Mitarbeitern in zw\u00f6lf Tochtergesellschaften mit Sitz in Bischheim bei Strassburg, setzt bei diesem Projekt auf nachhaltige Materialien. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Baustoffe aus der R\u00fcckbauindustrie, kohlenstoffarmer Beton und recycelter Stahl. Laut Unternehmensangaben wird eine Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach installiert, die mehr als 30% des j\u00e4hrlichen Strombedarfs des Standorts decken soll und w\u00e4hrend der Sommermonate sogar bis zu 100% tags\u00fcber. Die K\u00fchlsysteme werden mit energieeffizienten Ger\u00e4ten ausgestattet und ausschliesslich mit nat\u00fcrlichen K\u00e4ltemitteln betrieben.<\/p>\n<h3>Langj\u00e4hrige Zusammenarbeit<\/h3>\n<p>Die neue K\u00fchllogistikplattform wird die logistische Kapazit\u00e4t von Stef am Oberrheingraben erweitern, der als Knotenpunkt f\u00fcr europ\u00e4ische Lieferstr\u00f6me fungiert. Dieses Projekt markiert die siebte Zusammenarbeit zwischen der KS Groupe und Stef, die bereits mehrere Geb\u00e4ude in der franz\u00f6sischen Region Grand Est realisiert haben, darunter in Strassburg, Bischheim, Metz, Burnhaupt-le-Bas und Woippy.<\/p>\n<p>Am 10. April 2026 fand die Grundsteinlegung f\u00fcr die neue Plattform statt. Bei dieser Gelegenheit betonten Gaelle Schauner vom Hafen Strassburg, Stef-Immobiliendirektor Vincent Kirklar und Edouard Sauer, Pr\u00e4sident der KS Groupe, die gemeinsame Vision und das Vertrauen, das die beiden Unternehmen in dieses technische Projekt setzen.
