Das Projekt befindet sich an der Willenhall Road und umfasst insgesamt 8.650 m\u00b2, verteilt auf sechs Einheiten mit Gr\u00f6ssen von 546 m\u00b2 bis 2.440 m\u00b2. Diese Einheiten werden nach den Standards BREEAM Very Good und EPC A errichtet.<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit laufen die Arbeiten zur Gel\u00e4ndeber\u00e4umung, damit die MCS Group im Mai mit dem Bau beginnen kann. Die Fertigstellung der Einheiten ist f\u00fcr Februar 2027 geplant, sodass zuk\u00fcnftige Mieter ab diesem Zeitpunkt einziehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Gareth Williams, Direktor bei Erdgard, \u00e4usserte sich zur Marktsituation in der Region: \u201eEs gibt einen Mangel an hochwertigen neuen Immobilien im Walsall-Gebiet und im Black Country insgesamt.
