Durch die Nutzung aller St\u00e4rken und Ressourcen von trans-o-flex - einschlie\u00dflich der starken Marke und der Expertise des bestehenden Managementteams - werden Synergien f\u00fcr beide Unternehmen geschaffen.<\/p>\n<p>trans-o-flex wird unabh\u00e4ngig bleiben und unter der Leitung von Wolfgang P. Albeck als CEO agieren. Den Vorsitz des Aufsichtsrats wird Marie-Christine Lombard \u00fcbernehmen und den stellvertretenden Vorsitz Christoph Schoeller. trans-o-flex wird der Region Europa unter der Leitung von Thomas Kraus unterstellt. Um kommerzielle Synergien zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, wird Wolfgang P.
