Im DHL Innovation Center in Troisdorf bei Bonn dreht sich alles um Visionen, Trends und neue Technologien in der Logistik. Seit Ende 2022 wird der Ausstellungsbereich um eine Innovation erg\u00e4nzt: das automatische Order-Fulfillment System von AutoStore inklusive WMS und einer f\u00fcr DHL realisierten Shop-L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Handel. <\/strong><\/h5>\n

(M\u00f6nchengladbach) AutoStore ist neuer Partner in der \u201eSolution Box\u201c im DHL Innovation Center in Troisdorf und zeigt zusammen mit dem weltweit f\u00fchrenden Logistikkonzern eine integrierte Lager- und Kommissionierl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Einzelhandel. Mit dieser smarten L\u00f6sung k\u00f6nnen Einzelh\u00e4ndler ihre Logistikprozesse auf ein neues Level bringen und gleichzeitig ganz neue Einkaufserlebnisse f\u00fcr ihre Kunden schaffen. Das zusammen mit DHL realisierte Anwendungsbeispiel umfasst einen Onlineshop f\u00fcr Merchandise-Artikel aus denen die Besucher des Innovationszentrums Produkte ausw\u00e4hlen und bestellen sowie selbst kommissionieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Kern der L\u00f6sung ist eine \u00e4u\u00dferst kompakte Demo-Anlage des AutoStore-Systems mit 250 Beh\u00e4ltern (Bins), die von zwei R5-Robotern bedient werden, und einer Arbeitsstation. Hier kann der Besucher live verfolgen, wie die Beh\u00e4lter mit den im Shop per Klick ausgew\u00e4hlten Artikeln vollautomatisch per Roboter ausgelagert und an den CarouselPort transportiert werden. Nach der Entnahme und anschlie\u00dfender Best\u00e4tigung auf dem Monitor wird der Beh\u00e4lter wieder eingelagert. Zusammen mit der Hardware und dem Controller f\u00fcr die Anlage hat AutoStore erstmals auch eine eigene Warehouse Management (WMS) L\u00f6sung geliefert und implementiert.<\/p>\n

Im aktuellen Trendbericht zur \u201eZukunft der Arbeit in der Logistik\u201c sch\u00e4tzt DHL, dass bis 2025 rund 52% der manuellen T\u00e4tigkeiten von Maschinen erledigt werden. Die kompakte Cube Storage L\u00f6sung von AutoStore mit Ware zur Person Kommissionierung erm\u00f6glicht eine optimale Raumnutzung und hohe Mitarbeiterproduktivit\u00e4t. \u201eAutoStore als Pionier der Cube Storage Automation und DHL als Vordenker in der Logistikbranche zeigen hier eine smarte Komplettl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Handel, die im perfekten Zusammenspiel die Einkaufs- und Logistikprozesse verbindet. Das DHL Innovation Center wird pro Jahr von rund 13.000 G\u00e4sten im Rahmen von Besichtigungstouren, Kundenworkshops und Veranstaltungen besucht. Die AutoStore L\u00f6sung soll f\u00fcr etwa zwei Jahre Teil der Ausstellung bleiben.<\/p>\n
