Im Rahmen des Programms werden Kurse zu Flugzeugsystemen angeboten, die den Zugang zur Plattform \u201eCPaT Invent\u201c umfassen. Diese erm\u00f6glicht es der Fluggesellschaft, individuelle Schulungsinhalte zu entwickeln und zu verwalten, die auf ihre betrieblichen Anforderungen abgestimmt sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das Schulungsangebot umfasst sowohl die Erst- als auch die Wiederholungsschulung f\u00fcr die Besatzungen der B767-Frachter. Die Schulungen werden \u00fcber ein digitales Lernmanagementsystem bereitgestellt, das den Zugriff von mehreren Ger\u00e4ten sowie Offline-Funktionalit\u00e4ten erm\u00f6glicht. Zu den zus\u00e4tzlichen Modulen geh\u00f6ren interaktive Elemente wie Simulationen und Wissens\u00fcberpr\u00fcfungen.<\/p>\n<p>Laut Greg Darrow, Vizepr\u00e4sident f\u00fcr Vertrieb bei CPaT Global, unterst\u00fctzt die Zusammenarbeit eine auf die Verfahren und Standards der Fluggesellschaft abgestimmte Schulung. Das Programm integriert zudem die CPaT Aircraft Procedures Suite, die virtuelle Cockpit- und Systemschulungstools umfasst, um die Besatzungen auf die Simulator-Sitzungen vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung erfolgt zu einem Zeitpunkt, an dem 21 Air weiterhin seine Position im US-Frachtmarkt festigt.
