Diese Projekte erstrecken sich \u00fcber mehr als 84.000 Quadratmeter und sollen rund 500 neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schaffen. Die Initiative soll die anhaltende Wachstumsdynamik der KEZAD Group verdeutlichen.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den neuen Projekten geh\u00f6rt unter anderem die Haber\/Elixir, die eine Mischanlage f\u00fcr \u00d6lfelder errichten wird. Grand Line Industries plant den Bau einer Produktionsst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr Autoreinigungsprodukte, w\u00e4hrend Precent Enterprises Metals Coating eine Anlage zur Metallform- und Beschichtung entwickeln wird. Zudem wird die Unibal Group Investment ihr zweites Industrie- und Logistiklager im Emirat Abu Dhabi und ein erstes Projekt in KEZAD Al Ain, bekannt als Unibal Park II, realisieren. Al Lul Transport &amp; General Contracting wird ausserdem in ein Industrie- und Logistiklager in KEZAD Al Ma&#8217;mourah investieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Projekte sind Teil der Wachstumsstrategie der KEZAD Group, die im Jahr 2025 bereits \u00fcber 73,6 Quadratkilometer Pachtland verf\u00fcgte und 3,3 Quadratkilometer Netto-Neulandpachtvertr\u00e4ge verzeichnete.
