Mit diesem Schritt bekr\u00e4ftigt GEODIS seine Ambitionen, eine bedeutende Rolle in der Hafenlogistik in Frankreich zu \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden Unternehmen, die in Frankreich sowie in Belgien (\u00fcber die Tochtergesellschaft Sealogis Freight Forwarding Belgium) t\u00e4tig sind, haben bisher ihre eigenen Marken beibehalten. Die Konsolidierung unter dem Namen GEODIS soll den Kunden des Unternehmens eine umfassende Sichtbarkeit \u00fcber die Hafenlogistikaktivit\u00e4ten bieten und gleichzeitig die operativen Synergien st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische Weiterentwicklung in der Hafenlogistik<\/h3>\n<p>Die Vereinheitlichung der Marken stellt einen wichtigen strategischen Schritt f\u00fcr GEODIS dar und festigt die Pr\u00e4senz des Unternehmens in den wichtigsten franz\u00f6sischen H\u00e4fen, in denen beide Tochtergesellschaften bereits seit langem t\u00e4tig sind. Die vereinten Teams bestehen aus mehr als 900 Mitarbeitenden und nutzen umfangreiche logistische Kapazit\u00e4ten, darunter \u00fcber 150.000 m\u00b2 Lagerfl\u00e4che, einen gesicherten Containerhof und ein Lager f\u00fcr maritime Gruppierungen.
