Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Skalierung der Betriebsabl\u00e4ufe, der Verbesserung der Leistung sowie der St\u00e4rkung der Zusammenarbeit in den Bereichen Fracht-, Passagier- und Gesch\u00e4ftsaviation.<\/p>\n<p>Latha Narayan bringt \u00fcber 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der globalen Luftfahrtbranche mit, die Bereiche wie kommerzielle Strategie, Umsatzmanagement und Transformationsprogramme umfasst. Sie hatte leitende Positionen bei British Airways und Etihad Airways inne, wo sie die kommerzielle Leistung steuerte und komplexe, markt\u00fcbergreifende Operationen managte. Zuletzt arbeitete sie als unabh\u00e4ngige Beraterin f\u00fcr Luftfahrt und Fracht, wobei sie sich auf strategische Entwicklung, Netzwerkoptimierung und digitale Transformation konzentrierte.
