(SKL) zu Beginn des Monats einen neuen Standort mit Sitz und Lager in der Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone er\u00f6ffnet hat (Foto), nimmt organisatorische Ver\u00e4nderungen vor, die am 1. April 2026 in Kraft treten werden. Diese Massnahmen zielen darauf ab, die Effizienz des Managements zu steigern und die Vertriebsf\u00e4higkeiten des Unternehmens zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<h3>Neustrukturierung der regionalen Hauptsitze<\/h3>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Neugestaltung der Verantwortlichkeiten der regionalen Hauptsitze wird ein neuer Hauptsitz f\u00fcr die Regionen S\u00fcdasien, Naher Osten und Afrika eingerichtet. Diese Entscheidung soll die Management- und Vertriebsbasis im wachstumsstarken Markt S\u00fcdasien st\u00e4rken und Synergien zwischen den Regionen schaffen. Zudem wird die russische Tochtergesellschaft in die Abteilung f\u00fcr Unternehmensplanung und -verwaltung (CPA) \u00fcbertragen, um die Governance-Struktur des Unternehmens weiter zu festigen.<\/p>\n<p>Des Weiteren wird der derzeitige Hauptsitz f\u00fcr Europa, Nahen Osten und Afrika umbenannt in Hauptsitz Europa. Um die organisatorische Struktur zu optimieren, wird das Regional Sales &amp; Marketing Center unter dem Hauptsitz Japan, Taiwan und Korea (JTK) aufgel\u00f6st. Die Funktionen dieses Zentrums werden an die Export- und Importvertriebsabteilungen \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n<h3>Restrukturierung der Unternehmensabteilungen<\/h3>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich wird eine umfassende \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und Verbesserung der Managementstruktur innerhalb der Hauptabteilungen vorgenommen. Im Zuge dieser Massnahmen wird eine neue Abteilung f\u00fcr Unternehmenspersonal (CHR) eingerichtet, um das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die globalen HR-Richtlinien von KWE zu f\u00f6rdern und das Informationsmanagement im Personalbereich zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Abteilung f\u00fcr Zollkonformit\u00e4t wird aus der CPA herausgel\u00f6st und als eigenst\u00e4ndige Einheit reorganisiert, um die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen in den Zolloperationen zu verst\u00e4rken.
