Die Auslieferung erfolgte nach erfolgreichen Seeerprobungen in Shanghai, wie das Unternehmen mitteilt. Die Schiffe stammen aus der Damen Yichang Werft in China. Das erste Schiff dieser Serie wurde Anfang Februar geliefert und befindet sich derzeit auf seiner Jungfernfahrt mit einer Projektladung nach Norwegen.<\/p>\n<h3>Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit im Fokus<\/h3>\n<p>Die neue Generation der &#8222;CF 3850-Schiffe&#8220; ist nach Herstellerangaben auf Effizienz ausgelegt. In ihrer Standardausf\u00fchrung k\u00f6nnen die Schiffe vollst\u00e4ndig mit Biokraftstoff betrieben werden und sind zudem f\u00fcr einen Hybridantrieb vorbereitet. Die Reederei Bernd Sibum habe F\u00f6rdermittel erhalten, mit denen sie zus\u00e4tzliche nachhaltige Merkmale in die Schiffe integrieren m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p>Ein zentrales Ziel der F\u00f6rdermittel ist die Verringerung des \u00f6kologischen Fussabdrucks der Kurzseeschifffahrt, wie Damen Shipyards berichtet. Im Rahmen des Programms NaMK\u00fc (Nachhaltige Modernisierung von K\u00fcstenschiffen), das vom Bundesministerium f\u00fcr digitale Angelegenheiten und Verkehr (BMDV) initiiert wurde, werden die Modifikationen der Schiffe finanziell unterst\u00fctzt.
