Dieses neue Unternehmen wird die St\u00e4rken beider Partner kombinieren, indem es Hellmanns globales Netzwerk und Logistikexpertise mit Mothersons Wissen \u00fcber Automobillieferketten verbindet, wie Hellmann Worldwide Logistics k\u00fcrzlich mitgeteilt hat.<\/p>\n<h3>Betriebsaufnahme und Standortstrategie<\/h3>\n<p>Das Joint Venture wird integrierte Lieferkettenl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie anbieten und soll gem\u00e4ss dem Unternehmen als logistische Basis vom Sektor f\u00fcr beide Unternehmen fungieren. Die Betriebsaufnahme ist f\u00fcr Juni 2026 vorgesehen, wobei die Aktivit\u00e4ten zun\u00e4chst vom Hauptsitz in Dubai aus koordiniert werden. Im Zuge des Wachstums des Unternehmens sind weitere Standorte in Europa, Nordamerika, Indien und dem Nahen Osten geplant.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Hellmann stellt dieses Joint Venture einen Schritt in der Umsetzung seiner Wachstumsstrategie &#8222;Forward2030&#8220; dar. Das Unternehmen beabsichtigt damit, seine Position im Sektor weiter zu festigen. Durch die Kombination von Hellmanns globalen Logistikkapazit\u00e4ten mit Mothersons F\u00e4higkeiten in den Bereichen Design, Engineering, Fertigung, Montage und Logistik (D.E.M.A.L.) soll das Joint
