Dies wurde durch ein SMS-basiertes System zur Zuweisung von Lagerhaustoren erreicht, das von dem lokalen Team f\u00fcr die Frachtabfertigung entwickelt wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Auf MXP, dem mit einem Marktanteil von etwa 65% mit Abstand gr\u00f6ssten Luftfracht-Drehkreuz Italiens, werden j\u00e4hrlich rund 28.000 Lkw abgefertigt. Um die Abl\u00e4ufe beim Be- und Entladen von Import- und Exportfracht zu optimieren, wurde eine strategische Neugestaltung und Investition in die Front des Lagers vorgenommen, einschliesslich der Schaffung von Lkw-Parkpl\u00e4tzen. Das neue SMS-System erm\u00f6glicht eine klare und zeitgerechte Kommunikation mit den Fahrern, um die Lkw den entsprechenden Lagertoren zuzuweisen, was zu messbaren Verbesserungen im Arbeitsablauf gef\u00fchrt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Eine aktuelle Leistungsanalyse zeigt, dass die durchschnittliche Bearbeitungszeit f\u00fcr einen Lkw an der Mail\u00e4nder Frachtanlage nun 48 Minuten betr\u00e4gt. Nur 10% der gesamten Abl\u00e4ufe \u00fcberschreiten die festgelegten Flughafen-KPIs w\u00e4hrend der Spitzenzeiten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde festgestellt, dass 45% aller Lkw-Besuche bei WFS nun innerhalb von 30 Minuten abgeschlossen werden, w\u00e4hrend es bei 75% der Besuche innerhalb einer Stunde der Fall ist.<\/p>\n<p>WFS f\u00f6rdert kontinuierlich die Technologie des \u201eCargoKiosk\u201c, um die Abfertigung von Lkw und Fahrern zu vereinfachen und zu digitalisieren. Die verbesserte SMS-L\u00f6sung beschleunigt die Bearbeitung von Dokumenten, was wertvolle Zeit f\u00fcr die Fahrer spart und die Produktivit\u00e4t der Fahrzeuge f\u00fcr Fracht- und Logistikunternehmen erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p>Luigi Pellino, Operations Director bei WFS, erkl\u00e4rte: \u201eDie kontinuierliche Leistungs\u00fcberwachung durch t\u00e4gliche Berichte ist ein zentraler Fokus von WFS und gew\u00e4hrleistet eine fortlaufende Verbesserung der Dienstleistungen sowie operative Transparenz. Diese Innovation in der Lkw-Abfertigung bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit, den Durchsatz zu steigern und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erh\u00f6hen, indem wir einen konsistenten und zeitgerechten Service bieten und h\u00f6here Effizienz und Wertsch\u00f6pfung freisetzen.
