Juli 2026 in Kraft treten. Diese neuen Regelungen, die im Rahmen des &#8222;EU-Mobilit\u00e4tspakets I&#8220; eingef\u00fchrt werden, betreffen LCVs und Lieferwagen mit einem Gesamtgewicht von \u00fcber 2,5 Tonnen, die im internationalen G\u00fctertransport oder im Kabotagebetrieb eingesetzt werden. Ab diesem Datum m\u00fcssen diese Fahrzeuge mit einem Smart Tachograph der zweiten Generation (G2V2) ausgestattet sein.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c4nderungen f\u00fcr den Sektor<\/h3>\n<p>Die Einf\u00fchrung dieser Vorschriften stellt gem\u00e4ss dem Unternehmen einen wesentlichen Wandel f\u00fcr den Sektor dar, da diese Fahrzeuge bislang von den Tachographenpflichten ausgenommen waren. Mit den neuen Regelungen ist das Fahrpersonal verpflichtet, die EU-Fahrzeitenregeln einzuhalten. Dazu geh\u00f6ren unter anderem maximale Tagesfahrbegrenzungen sowie verpflichtende Ruhepausen, die auch f\u00fcr das Personal von schweren G\u00fcterfahrzeugen gelten.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich m\u00fcssen Betreiber w\u00e4hrend der Inspektionen Tachographendaten erfassen, herunterladen und pr\u00e4sentieren. Dies umfasst Fahrerkartendaten sowie bis zu 56 Tage an Aufzeichnungen. Die Nichteinhaltung dieser Vorschriften kann zu Strafen und Durchsetzungsmassnahmen durch die zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rden f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorbereitung auf die neuen Anforderungen<\/h3>\n<p>AssetGo betont, dass die bevorstehende Frist Betreiber dazu zwingt, geeignete Technologien und Prozesse zu implementieren, um die erh\u00f6hten Compliance-Anforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen. Um diesen Herausforderungen zu begegnen, bietet das Unternehmen eine L\u00f6sung an, die auf seiner Tachographenanalyse- und Fahrstundensoftware basiert. Diese Software soll es den Betreibenden erm\u00f6glichen, die Fahreraktivit\u00e4t zu \u00fcberwachen, die Vorschriften einzuhalten und die administrative Belastung zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Plattform von AssetGo bietet automatisierte Tachographenanalysen, die die Fahreraktivit\u00e4ten mit den geltenden Vorschriften abgleichen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erm\u00f6glicht sie den Download von Fahrer- und Fahrzeugdaten, einschliesslich Ferndownloads.
