Die Organisation \u00e4ussert Unzufriedenheit \u00fcber die massiven Preiserh\u00f6hungen, die von mehreren Fluggesellschaften angek\u00fcndigt wurden, und fordert sofortige Massnahmen der Regierung, um die Situation zu regulieren.<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Wochen sind die internationalen \u00d6lpreise stark angestiegen, was viele lokale Fluggesellschaften veranlasst hat, die Frachtkraftstoffzuschl\u00e4ge erheblich zu erh\u00f6hen. HAFFA berichtet, dass eine grosse Fluggesellschaft die Zuschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Langstreckenfl\u00fcge um mehr als das Vierfache angehoben hat, w\u00e4hrend die Zuschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Kurzstreckenfl\u00fcge nahezu vervierfacht wurden. Diese Anpassungen stehen in keinem angemessenen Verh\u00e4ltnis zu den gleichzeitig gestiegenen internationalen Roh\u00f6lpreisen von etwa 30% bis 40%. Laut HAFFA sind die nahezu sofortigen und mehrfachen Anpassungen der Zuschl\u00e4ge nicht mit den tats\u00e4chlichen Betriebskosten in Einklang zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Gary Lau, Vorsitzender von HAFFA, \u00e4usserte sich besorgt \u00fcber die Auswirkungen dieser Preiserh\u00f6hungen: \u201eDiese r\u00fccksichtslose Eskalation ist nichts anderes als eine untragbare Belastung f\u00fcr die Frachtf\u00fchrer und wird einen katastrophalen Dominoeffekt ausl\u00f6sen. Die Fluggesellschaften werden wahrscheinlich folgen, was die Gesamtkosten der Logistik au\u00dfer Kontrolle geraten l\u00e4sst. Letztendlich werden diese zus\u00e4tzlichen Kosten direkt an die Endverbraucher weitergegeben, was die Lieferketten destabilisieren und die Wirtschaft Hongkongs gef\u00e4hrden k\u00f6nnte.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Lau betont die Notwendigkeit f\u00fcr Fluggesellschaften, klare und transparente Erkl\u00e4rungen zur Berechnung und Rechtfertigung der Zuschl\u00e4ge zu liefern. Zudem fordert er die Einrichtung eines \u00f6ffentlichen Mechanismus, der die Anpassungen an die tats\u00e4chlichen Betriebskosten koppelt. Frachtf\u00fchrer haben das Recht, die Grundlagen dieser Geb\u00fchren zu verstehen, um ihren Kunden gegen\u00fcber angemessen Rechenschaft ablegen zu k\u00f6nnen. Fehlen fundierte Rechtfertigungen, k\u00f6nnten die Preiserh\u00f6hungen als Ausnutzung der Marktsituation interpretiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2016 fordert HAFFA die Beibehaltung regulierter CFS-Mechanismen durch die Regierung. Lau weist darauf hin, dass die Zivilluftfahrtbeh\u00f6rde als Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rde \u00fcber hohe Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit verf\u00fcgt. Diese Forderung sei ein Konsens innerhalb der Branche. Er kritisiert, dass die Regierung trotz mehrerer Konsultationen ab dem 1. Januar 2025 die Liberalisierung der Kraftstoffzuschl\u00e4ge durchsetzen wolle. Angesichts der aktuellen Marktsituation fordert HAFFA die relevanten Regierungsbeh\u00f6rden auf, sofort einzugreifen, die Preiserh\u00f6hungen zu untersuchen und die Entscheidung zur Liberalisierung zur\u00fcckzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>HAFFA hebt hervor, dass der Logistiksektor eine wichtige S\u00e4ule der Wirtschaft Hongkongs darstellt und unangemessene Geb\u00fchrenanpassungen tiefgreifende negative Auswirkungen auf die Gesamtwirtschaft haben k\u00f6nnen. Die Organisation wird die Entwicklungen weiterhin genau beobachten und schlie\u00dft nicht aus, weitere Massnahmen zu ergreifen, um die legitimen Rechte der Frachtf\u00fchrer und der Bev\u00f6lkerung
