Der Kran, der auf einem Portal montiert ist, erm\u00f6glicht eine flexible Handhabung von Ger\u00e4ten und Werkzeugen w\u00e4hrend der Baggerarbeiten. Die Installation des Krans erfolgt in Rostock, wo das gesamte Kran- und Portalkransystem mit dem Schwerlastkran TCC 78000 auf das Transportschiff MV Aura gehoben wurde.<\/p>\n<h3>Technische Details und Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/h3>\n<p>Der LS-C 80 ist bereits der dritte Kran dieses Typs, der auf einem Schiff installiert wird, nachdem zuvor die Schiffe &#8222;Helios&#8220; und &#8222;Krios&#8220; mit \u00e4hnlichen Systemen ausgestattet wurden. Diese Lieferung bekr\u00e4ftigt das Vertrauen des Betreibers in die Technik von Liebherr, die f\u00fcr ihre Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit bei anspruchsvollen maritimen Eins\u00e4tzen bekannt ist. Der Kran ist f\u00fcr moderne Baggerprojekte ausgelegt und kombiniert eine hohe Umschlagleistung mit einer langlebigen und wartungsarmen Konstruktion.<\/p>\n<p>Der portalgest\u00fctzte Kran vereint die Zylinder-Wipptechnologie von Liebherr mit einer Schienenfahrplattform, die eine pr\u00e4zise Positionierung und effiziente Bewegungen auf dem Schiffsdeck erm\u00f6glicht. Mit einer Tragf\u00e4higkeit von bis zu 50 t und einer Reichweite von 26,5 m ist der LS-C 80 f\u00fcr den Einsatz unter schwierigen Bedingungen ausgelegt. Der TCC 78000 hat das montierte Kransystem auf das Transportschiff geladen und gew\u00e4hrleistet damit einen sicheren Transport zur Werft in den Niederlanden.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Voigtl\u00e4nder, Sales Manager bei der Liebherr-Rostock GmbH, betont: \u201eDie Lieferung des LS-C 80 auf einem Portal von Liebherr verdeutlicht, wie unsere Technik auf die betrieblichen Anforderungen unserer Kunden abgestimmt ist.\u201c Er hebt hervor, dass diese L\u00f6sung effiziente Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe auf See unterst\u00fctzt und das Engagement f\u00fcr sichere und langlebige maritime Ausr\u00fcstung unterstreicht.<\/p>\n<h3>Integration in die Flotte und zuk\u00fcnftige Perspektiven<\/h3>\n<p>Der Dredger &#8222;Seaway&#8220; wurde auf der Werft Royal IHC in Krimpen aan den IJssel vom Stapel gelassen und befindet sich derzeit in der Endausstattung und Testphase. Mit einem Trichtervolumen von 31.000 m\u00b3, einem optimierten Rumpf und fortschrittlicher Automatisierung wird das Schiff voraussichtlich Mitte 2026 in Betrieb genommen. Die Integration des LS-C 80 in die Flotte, die nun auch die Schiffe &#8222;Helios&#8220; und &#8222;Krios&#8220; umfasst, erh\u00f6ht die Umschlagkapazit\u00e4t und unterst\u00fctzt die langfristige Betriebsplanung des Betreibers.<\/p>\n<p>Die &#8222;Seaway&#8220; ist mit einer modernen dieselelektrischen Architektur, fortschrittlicher Automatisierung und Methanol-Kompatibilit\u00e4t ausgestattet. Der LS-C 80 erg\u00e4nzt dieses Konzept durch langlebige Komponenten und maximale Verf\u00fcgbarkeit f\u00fcr den t\u00e4glichen Offshore-Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Die Installation des Krans ist Teil der laufenden Inbetriebnahme des Schiffes, das nach Abschluss der Hafentests voll einsatzf\u00e4hig sein soll. Das pr\u00e4zise Steuerungssystem des Krans sorgt f\u00fcr wiederholbare Bewegungen bei t\u00e4glichen Aufgaben.
