Angesichts des bevorstehenden Endes des Mietvertrags f\u00fcr die derzeitige Betriebsst\u00e4tte in Camphin-en-Carembault hat die Organisation beschlossen, in eine dauerhafte L\u00f6sung zu investieren. Der neue Standort in Douvrin wird sich auf einem 3 ha grossen Grundst\u00fcck in der Rue de Prague befinden, in der N\u00e4he von ID Logistics und SICAD.<\/p>\n<h3>Neues Geb\u00e4ude f\u00fcr gemeinsame Dienstleistungen<\/h3>\n<p>Das geplante Geb\u00e4ude wird eine Fl\u00e4che von 6.000 m\u00b2 umfassen und als \u201ePlattform f\u00fcr Brauereit\u00e4tigkeiten\u201c konzipiert sein. Ziel ist es, Brauern \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrer Gr\u00f6sse \u2013 eine Reihe von gemeinsamen Dienstleistungen anzubieten, die oft kostspielig oder zeitaufwendig sind, wenn sie individuell bereitgestellt werden. GBS wird als operativer \u201eBack-Office\u201c-Dienstleister fungieren und verschiedene erg\u00e4nzende Dienstleistungen anbieten, darunter Lagerung und Auftragsvorbereitung zur Optimierung der Logistik, die Herstellung von Verpackungen und saisonalen Produkten sowie Unterst\u00fctzung in administrativen und technologischen Belangen wie Zoll, Buchhaltung und Marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Das Konzept der gegenseitigen Unterst\u00fctzung soll es den Brauern erm\u00f6glichen, sich auf die Produktion und den Vertrieb zu konzentrieren, w\u00e4hrend GBS einen Teil der logistischen, regulatorischen und administrativen Herausforderungen \u00fcbernimmt.<\/p>\n<h3>Fertigstellung und zuk\u00fcnftige Perspektiven<\/h3>\n<p>Laut GBS befinden sich die Planungen und der Bauprozess noch in der Anfangsphase. Der Zeitplan sieht vor, dass die Bauarbeiten bis Ende November 2027 abgeschlossen sind, gefolgt von der Inbetriebnahme im ersten Halbjahr 2027.
