Ziel ist es, die Sicherheit zu erh\u00f6hen und die Reaktionsf\u00e4higkeit im Umgang mit lebenden Tieren auf dem Vorfeld zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Das Programm bereitet Mitarbeitende darauf vor, Situationen mit Haustieren, exotischen Tieren, potenziell gef\u00e4hrlichen Tieren sowie grossen Nutztieren zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Die Schulung umfasst Tierverhalten, zoonotische Risiken, sichere Handhabungsmethoden sowie Verfahren zur Identifizierung und Beherrschung ungew\u00f6hnlicher oder gef\u00e4hrlicher Arten.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4hrlich werden am Flughafen Heathrow grosse Mengen lebender Tiere abgefertigt, darunter Pferde, V\u00f6gel, Reptilien, Fische sowie Haustiere. Laut Harc erfordert diese Vielfalt gut geschultes Personal, das bei Zwischenf\u00e4llen in operativen Bereichen rasch reagieren kann.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Dunphy, Vorsitzender des Port Health and Environmental Services Committee der City of London Corporation, erkl\u00e4rte, dass \u00abder Kurs auf jahrzehntelanger Praxiserfahrung basiert und Airside-Teams erm\u00f6glicht, mit Fachkenntnis und
