Die Sicherheit der Schifffahrt und der Seeleute steht gem\u00e4ss der IUMI f\u00fcr die Eigent\u00fcmer an oberster Stelle. Die Situation in der Region bleibe angespannt, da viele Betreiber gezwungen seien, ihre Routen zu \u00e4ndern, um Hochrisikogebiete zu meiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die IUMI weist darauf hin, dass diese Entwicklungen potenzielle Auswirkungen auf die Lieferketten haben k\u00f6nnten. Insbesondere k\u00f6nnte es zu St\u00f6rungen in den nahegelegenen H\u00e4fen kommen, was sowohl die Schiffe als auch die Besatzungen auf l\u00e4ngeren Seewegen betrifft. Die Versicherer seien sich der Herausforderungen bewusst, die sich aus dieser Lage ergeben, und werden gem\u00e4ss der IUMI ihre Strategien entsprechend anpassen.<\/p>\n<h3>Kriegsschutz und Versicherungsbedingungen<\/h3>\n<p>Die Gew\u00e4hrung von Kriegsschutz f\u00fcr Schiffe im Persischen Golf und im Roten Meer erfolgt gem\u00e4ss der IUMI auf Grundlage spezifischer Vereinbarungen, die f\u00fcr einzelne Reisen gelten. Diese Deckung wird nur gew\u00e4hrt, wenn die Navigation von den zust\u00e4ndigen Regierungen und Flaggenstaaten genehmigt wird. In Anbetracht der sich schnell \u00e4ndernden Situation w\u00fcrden die Versicherer regelm\u00e4ssig ihre Bereitschaft zur Bereitstellung dieser Deckung \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. In einigen F\u00e4llen kann es gem\u00e4ss der Union vorkommen, dass Versicherer den Versicherungsschutz k\u00fcndigen, um das Risiko neu zu bewerten. Eine solche K\u00fcndigung bedeute jedoch nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig das Ende des Versicherungsschutzes.<\/p>\n<p>Die IUMI betont, dass die Mitglieder \u00fcberwiegend Sachversicherungen f\u00fcr Rumpf, Maschinen und Fracht anbieten. Die Haftpflichtversicherung wird in der Regel von Schutz- und Schadensverkehrsclubs \u00fcbernommen, die h\u00e4ufig unter dem Dach der International Group of P&amp;I Clubs agieren.<\/p>\n<p><a
