Ziel sei es, Wachstumschancen zu nutzen und die Position Singapurs als bedeutenden Knotenpunkt im globalen Handel zu festigen. Gleichzeitig sollen Innovationen gef\u00f6rdert, technologische Entwicklungen beschleunigt und eine zukunftsf\u00e4hige Belegschaft aufgebaut werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Entwicklung des &#8222;Maritimen Masterplans&#8220;<\/h3>\n<p>Die MPA arbeitet am &#8222;Maritimen Masterplan&#8220;, der als Leitfaden f\u00fcr die langfristige Entwicklung des maritimen Sektors dienen soll. Die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Plans ist f\u00fcr 2027 vorgesehen. Der Plan wird Strategien zur St\u00e4rkung der Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit Singapurs als globaler Drehkreuzhafen, zur Erh\u00f6hung der Attraktivit\u00e4t als internationales maritimes Zentrum sowie zur F\u00f6rderung von maritimer Technologie und Innovation, einschliesslich k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz, enthalten. Zudem soll der Aufbau einer qualifizierten maritimen Belegschaft angegangen werden.<\/p>\n<p>In den kommenden Monaten plant die MPA, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkehrsministerium, den Dialog mit Unternehmen, Branchenvertretern und der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zu suchen, um Feedback und Ideen zu sammeln. Ein lokales Branchengremium, bestehend aus Wirtschaftsvertretenden, wird ebenfalls einberufen, um dessen Expertise zu nutzen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Masterplan legt nach Angaben der MPA die langfristigen Ziele, Investitionen und die Kompetenzentwicklung im maritimen \u00d6kosystem fest.\u00a0Die F\u00f6rderung von Talenten sei dabei entscheidend f\u00fcr die Sicherung von Singapurs Position als maritimes Zentrum. In diesem Zusammenhang f\u00fchrt die MPA den &#8222;Maritime Cluster Fund \u2013 Global Rotation&#8220; (MCF-GR) ein. Dieses Programm soll Auslandseins\u00e4tze lokaler F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte finanziell unterst\u00fctzen. Zudem werden die Anforderungen des Programms \u201eMaritime Cluster Fund \u2013 Management Associate\u201c (MCF-MA) vereinfacht, um den Zugang zu erleichtern.<\/p>\n<h3>St\u00e4rkung der maritimen Innovation<\/h3>\n<p>Um Singapurs Rolle als Zentrum f\u00fcr maritime Innovation zu festigen, wird die MPA mit dem Programm \u201eMaritime Cluster Fund \u2013 Business Development\u201c (MCF-BD) einen neuen Innovationsbereich einf\u00fchren. Dieses Programm wird Unternehmen unterst\u00fctzen, die Innovations- und Technologiezentren oder Corporate Venture Capital (CVCs) in Singapur etablieren m\u00f6chten. Zus\u00e4tzlich umfasst der Plan unter anderem die Ausweitung autonomer und KI-gest\u00fctzter Operationen sowie die Entwicklung eines maritimen digitalen Zwillings (MDT) durch Pilotprojekte und F\u00e4higkeitsentwicklung in der Industrie.
