Der e-optimierte K\u00f6gel Light Plus basiert auf dem bew\u00e4hrten K\u00f6gel Light Plus und zeichnet sich durch eine Leichtbauweise aus, die eine h\u00f6here Nutzlast erm\u00f6glicht und den Kraftstoffverbrauch reduziert. Dieser Auflieger ist f\u00fcr alle Marken von elektrischen Zugmaschinen geeignet und kann in verschiedenen Branchen eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der zunehmenden Verbreitung von emissionsfreien Lkw in Europa gewinnt die EU-Richtlinie 96\/53\/EG an Bedeutung. Diese Richtlinie erlaubt eine Erh\u00f6hung des h\u00f6chstzul\u00e4ssigen Zuggesamtgewichts f\u00fcr e-Zugmaschinen um bis zu 2 t, um das zus\u00e4tzliche Gewicht der Batterien auszugleichen. Gleichzeitig m\u00fcssen jedoch die bestehenden Mass- und Achslastgrenzen eingehalten werden, was in der Praxis zu Herausforderungen f\u00fchren kann. Insbesondere kann das zus\u00e4tzliche Gewicht der Batterien dazu f\u00fchren, dass die zul\u00e4ssigen Hinterachslasten \u00fcberschritten werden, wenn das Gewicht nicht gleichm\u00e4ssig verteilt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die EU-Richtlinie erlaubt ein Gesamtzuggewicht von bis zu 42 t f\u00fcr e-Zugmaschinen, w\u00e4hrend das Limit f\u00fcr Dieselantriebe bei 40 t liegt. Die zul\u00e4ssige Last auf der Antriebsachse bleibt jedoch bei maximal 11,5 t. In Kombination mit einem Standard-Sattelauflieger kann dies dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Antriebsachse \u00fcberlastet wird, was die verf\u00fcgbare Nutzlast des Aufliegers verringert. Fahrzeughersteller stehen daher vor der Herausforderung, das zus\u00e4tzliche Gewicht der elektrischen Antriebe in die Achslastverteilung zu integrieren, ohne die gesetzlichen Grenzwerte zu \u00fcberschreiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Innovative L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Transportunternehmen<\/h3>\n<p>Der e-optimierte K\u00f6gel Light Plus bietet eine L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr diese Herausforderungen. Durch einen um 300 mm verk\u00fcrzten Radstand vom K\u00f6nigszapfen bis zur ersten Trailerachse wird der Druck auf die Antriebsachse der Zugmaschine um bis zu 2 t im Vergleich zu einem Standard-Planenfahrzeug verringert. Dies hilft, eine \u00dcberladung der Antriebsachse zu vermeiden. Zudem sorgt der kurze Achsabstand daf\u00fcr, dass der Reifenverschlei\u00df bei Kurvenfahrten nicht erh\u00f6ht wird, und das Nachlaufverhalten des Aufliegers bleibt sowohl im beladenen als auch im unbeladenen Zustand optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Transportunternehmer, die einen e-Truck mit einem Standardtrailer einsetzen, k\u00f6nnen mit einer maximalen Nutzlast von etwa 20 t rechnen. Mit dem e-optimierten K\u00f6gel Light Plus l\u00e4sst sich, abh\u00e4ngig vom Typ der e-Zugmaschine, eine zus\u00e4tzliche Nutzlast von bis zu 4 t realisieren.
