Das Projekt umfasst eine Fl\u00e4che von 10.700 m\u00b2 und befindet sich nach Angaben des Unternehmens in einem strategisch wichtigen Gewerbegebiet. Der Standort, der zuvor den Hauptsitz des Schweissinstituts beherbergte, wird in ein City Dock umgewandelt. Im vergangenen Monat haben die Unternehmen mit der Bauphase begonnen.<\/p>\n<h3>In zwei Phasen<\/h3>\n<p>Das Gel\u00e4nde besteht derzeit aus zwei Industriegeb\u00e4uden, die im Rahmen eines von Ateliers 4+ entworfenen Sanierungsprogramms modernisiert werden sollen. Die Arbeiten werden in zwei Phasen durchgef\u00fchrt und sind der Firma KLEIDI anvertraut. Die erste Phase begann im Februar 2026 mit der umfassenden Sanierung des ersten Geb\u00e4udes, das eine Fl\u00e4che von 3.700 m\u00b2 umfasst. Dieses Geb\u00e4ude wurde nach Angaben von Panattoni France aufgrund seines stabilen Bauzustands ausgew\u00e4hlt, der eine nachhaltige Sanierung erm\u00f6glicht. Dabei bleibe die urspr\u00fcngliche Tragkonstruktion erhalten, w\u00e4hrend das Geb\u00e4ude gleichzeitig modernisiert werde, um den Anforderungen an Gesch\u00e4ftsr\u00e4ume im City Dock gerecht zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fertigstellung dieser ersten Phase ist f\u00fcr das dritte Quartal 2026 geplant. Im Anschluss daran wird das zweite Geb\u00e4ude, dessen Struktur eine Sanierung nach Unternehmensangaben nicht zul\u00e4sst, abgerissen. An seiner Stelle wird ein Neubau mit einer Fl\u00e4che von 7.000 m\u00b2 errichtet.
