Dies geschieht vor dem Hintergrund einer steigenden globalen Nachfrage in diesem Segment, wie das Unternehmen mitteilt. Das neue Schiff wird als Schwesterschiff des bereits etablierten Schiffs &#8222;Happy Star&#8220; bei Dalian Shipbuilding Offshore Co., Ltd in Dalian, China, gebaut. Die Bestellung umfasst zun\u00e4chst ein Schiff, mit der Option auf ein zweites, was die langfristige Ausrichtung von BigLift auf den Schwerlastmarkt verdeutlichen soll.<\/p>\n<h3>Spezifikationen und Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/h3>\n<p>Das geplante Schiff wird nach Unternehmensangaben Tandem-Hebungen von bis zu 2.200 t erm\u00f6glichen. Ein durchgehendes Wetterdeck sowie ein verstellbares Tweendeck sollen f\u00fcr die Optimierung des Laderaums eingesetzt werden.
