Laut einer Mitteilung des Unternehmens k\u00f6nnen mit diesem System 20-Fuss-Container mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 56 Tonnen transportiert werden, was nach Herstellerangaben einen Zuladungsvorteil von 8 Tonnen im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Systemen darstellt.<\/p>\n<h3>Verladung und Sicherheit<\/h3>\n<p>Das &#8222;HDLS&#8220; ist so konzipiert, dass es eine Verladung ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Ladungssicherung erm\u00f6glicht. Dies wird durch seitlich befestigte Stopperkonsolen erreicht. Die Konstruktion sorgt gem\u00e4ss Innofreight daf\u00fcr, dass das Ladegut &#8222;schnell, sicher und materialschonend&#8220; umgeschlagen werden kann. Innofreight hebt hervor, dass das System die CO\u2082e-Emissionen im Vergleich zum herk\u00f6mmlichen Lkw-Transport um fast 75 % reduziert.<\/p>\n<p>Das System nutzt die in Leichtbauweise gefertigten &#8222;30-Fuss-InnoWaggons&#8220;. Ein &#8222;2\u00d730-Fu\u00df-InnoWaggon&#8220; kann nach Herstellerangaben bis zu 112 Tonnen transportieren und ist mit integrierten Ballastplatten ausgestattet, die auch einen Leertransport erm\u00f6glichen. Zuk\u00fcnftig wird das HDLS auch in Kombination mit der Single-Variante des &#8222;30-Fuss-InnoWaggons&#8220; angeboten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.innocube.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"
