In dieser Position wird sie die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Bauprojekte des Unternehmens in Deutschland \u00fcbernehmen und diese durch alle Phasen von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung steuern. Zudem wird sie die Bereiche Development, Architektur und Construction leiten und koordinieren.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Klein ist seit Mai 2024 Teil von CTP. Zuvor war sie als Construction Director in \u00d6sterreich t\u00e4tig, wo sie f\u00fcr den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Construction-Bereichs verantwortlich war. Ihre Karriere im Bau- und Immobiliensektor begann sie mit einer Ausbildung zur Beton- und Stahlbetonbauerin, gefolgt von einem Studium des Bauingenieurwesens. Insgesamt bringt sie rund zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Branche mit.<\/p>\n<h3>Erfahrungen und Perspektiven<\/h3>\n<p>Timo Hielscher, Managing Director bei CTP Deutschland, \u00e4usserte sich positiv \u00fcber die Ernennung von Klein: \u201eSarah bringt umfassende technische Expertise und F\u00fchrungserfahrung mit. Ihre Kenntnisse in der Steuerung komplexer Bauprojekte und ihre Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld sind eine gute Grundlage f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung unserer Projekte.\u201c Hielscher betonte zudem, dass Klein den CTP-Spirit verk\u00f6rpere, der auf pragmatischen und l\u00f6sungsorientierten Ans\u00e4tzen basiert.<\/p>\n<p>In ihrer neuen Rolle sieht Sarah Klein zahlreiche Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten im deutschen Markt. Sie plant, die Expansion des Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten, neue Standorte zu entwickeln und den Bereich Development und Construction weiter zu professionalisieren.
