Moller &#8211; Maersk hat eine Bestellung \u00fcber acht Containerschiffe bei New Times Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. in China aufgegeben. Die neuen Schiffe, die eine Kapazit\u00e4t von jeweils 18.600 TEU (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) aufweisen, sollen im Zeitraum von 2029 bis 2030 ausgeliefert werden, wie das Unternehmen mitteilt.<\/p>\n<h3>Flottenerneuerung im Fokus<\/h3>\n<p>Anda Cristescu, Leiterin f\u00fcr Chartering und Neubau bei Maersk, \u00e4usserte sich zu dem Auftrag: \u201eWir freuen uns, diese Vereinbarung f\u00fcr die acht Schiffe unterzeichnet zu haben. Der Auftrag ist Teil unserer laufenden Flottenerneuerung und tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit unserer Flotte zu erhalten.\u201c Die Neubauten sind mit einer L\u00e4nge von 366 Metern und einer Breite von 58,6 Metern kompakter als die derzeit maximalen Containerschiffe, die eine L\u00e4nge von 400 Metern erreichen. Das Orderbuch von Maersk steigt mit dieser Bestellung auf 33.
