Februar 2026 treten die Novellierungen der VDI 2700-Richtlinie zur Ladungssicherung in Kraft. Diese \u00c4nderungen bringen unter anderem neue Kennzeichnungspflichten f\u00fcr Ladungssicherungssysteme mit sich. Guido Elting (abgebildet), Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Elting Metalltechnik, weist in einer Mitteilung von Variosolutions darauf hin, dass es f\u00fcr Besitzer von Transportfahrzeugen wie Lkw oder Kleintransportern keine \u00dcbergangsfristen f\u00fcr Ladungssicherungssysteme oder Bestandsschutz f\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Fahrzeuge gibt.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcberarbeitete VDI 2700 Blatt 3.2 legt erweiterte Anforderungen an die Kennzeichnung von Ladungssicherungsmitteln fest, darunter Zurrgurte und Rungensysteme. Ziel dieser Neuerungen ist eine verbesserte Nachvollziehbarkeit und Belastungsbewertung der eingesetzten Systeme. Elting erkl\u00e4rt, dass die Einf\u00fchrung der neuen Richtlinie am Markt f\u00fcr Verunsicherung sorgt. Viele Schulungsanbieter, Sachverst\u00e4ndige und Hersteller von Ladungssicherungsprodukten w\u00fcrden sich intensiv mit den neuen Anforderungen befassen.<\/p>\n<h3>Keine \u00dcbergangsfristen f\u00fcr bestehende Systeme<\/h3>\n<p>Laut Elting kursieren teils widerspr\u00fcchliche Informationen \u00fcber die neuen Regelungen. Insbesondere die Annahme eines Bestandsschutzes f\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Fahrzeuge oder einer \u00dcbergangsfrist f\u00fcr bestehende Ladungssicherungssysteme sei irref\u00fchrend. \u201eVDI-Richtlinien stellen den anerkannten Stand der Technik dar. Mit dem Erscheinen einer neuen Fassung wird die vorherige Ausgabe mit sofortiger Wirkung ersetzt\u201c, so Elting.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Vorgaben verlangen von den Besitzern alter Transportfahrzeuge, dass sie ihre Ladungssicherungssysteme ab sofort regelkonform kennzeichnen. Eine einfache Etikettierung gen\u00fcgt gem\u00e4ss Elting dabei nicht, da die Richtlinie eine vollst\u00e4ndige R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit bis hin zum eingesetzten Vormaterial fordert. Elting betont, dass bei bestehenden oder \u00e4lteren Produkten diese Informationen oft nicht mehr nachvollziehbar sind. \u201eEine nachtr\u00e4gliche Kennzeichnung durch Etikett oder Aufkleber w\u00fcrde keine belastbare Aussage \u00fcber Material, Herkunft oder normgerechte Auslegung zulassen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt er weiter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.variosolutions.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.variosolutions.de<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ab dem 1.
