Die Umfrage, die mehr als 3.000 Fachleute aus verschiedenen Branchen, darunter Einzelhandel, Grosshandelsvertrieb und Fertigung, befragte, verdeutlicht die Herausforderungen, die Unternehmen bis 2026 bew\u00e4ltigen m\u00fcssen, wie die Unternehmen berichten.<\/p>\n<p>Laut der Umfrage nutzen derzeit 68% der Unternehmen eine L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Routing und Planung (R&amp;S). Dennoch zeige sich ein deutlicher &#8222;Zufriedenheitsgap&#8220; im Markt. Nur 10% der Befragten gaben an, mit ihrem aktuellen Anbieter &#8222;sehr zufrieden&#8220; zu sein. 46% der Teilnehmer \u00e4usserten sich neutral, w\u00e4hrend 20% unzufrieden sind. Die Daten deuten darauf hin, dass fast 30% der Unternehmen in den n\u00e4chsten drei Jahren integrierte Planungen f\u00fcr Gebiete und t\u00e4gliche Zeitpl\u00e4ne anstreben. Zudem legen 26% der Befragten Wert auf pr\u00e4diktive Sch\u00e4tzungen der Lieferzeiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimierung als Schl\u00fcssel zur Zufriedenheit<\/h3>\n<p>Zu den zentralen Erkenntnissen geh\u00f6rt, dass die 46% neutrale Zufriedenheitsrate als Einladung verstanden wird, einen h\u00f6heren Servicestandard zu bieten. ORTEC plant, die 24% der Nutzer, die automatisierte und dynamische Routenanpassungen suchen, gezielt anzusprechen, um von &#8222;neutral&#8220; zu &#8222;zufrieden&#8220; zu gelangen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus zeigt die Umfrage, dass die Nachfrage nach technologischen L\u00f6sungen steigt. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte auf C-Ebene (9%) und auf Direktor-Ebene (36%) treiben zunehmend die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Technologien voran.
