Die Tour, die von September bis November letzten Jahres stattfand, umfasste elf Standorte und erforderte eine umfassende Koordination von Personal, Ausr\u00fcstung und Flugzeuglogistik.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen dieser Tour wurden zwei Flugzeuge eingesetzt: die M-346, die als Hauptdemonstrationsflugzeug diente, und die C-27J, die f\u00fcr den Transport von Personal und notwendiger Ausr\u00fcstung verantwortlich war. Die Unterst\u00fctzung durch Chapman Freeborn umfasste eine Vielzahl von operativen und logistischen Dienstleistungen an allen Standorten, einschliesslich Flugplanung, Wetterdiensten und NOTAM-Unterst\u00fctzung sowie der Koordination von Flughafenabfertigungen.<\/p>\n<h3>Umfassende Logistik f\u00fcr komplexe Anforderungen<\/h3>\n<p>Das Team von Chapman Freeborn war w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Tour f\u00fcr die Organisation aller Vorbereitungen verantwortlich. Dazu geh\u00f6rten unter anderem die Bodenabfertigung, die Hotelunterbringung f\u00fcr das Personal sowie der Transport und die t\u00e4glichen Flugvorf\u00fchrungen f\u00fcr Vertreter der US-Regierung. Die Planung umfasste auch die Bereitstellung von fl\u00fcssigem Sauerstoff f\u00fcr die C-27J an jedem Demonstrationsstandort, was in modernen Flugoperationen selten ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Logistik stellte eine erhebliche Herausforderung dar, da das Team eine Vielzahl von Stakeholdern koordinieren musste, darunter Leonardo und dessen Endkunden. Dies erforderte eine pr\u00e4zise Planung und Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit, um die operativen Anforderungen w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Demonstrationsperiode zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Verlauf der Tour koordinierte das Team unter anderem 1.503 Hotelzimmerbuchungen, organisierte 1.379 Mahlzeiten f\u00fcr Crew und Mitarbeiter sowie 509 Transportfahrzeuge f\u00fcr das Leonardo-Personal.
