Der im Rahmen einer Kleinserie gefertigte E-Lkw wurde von Ronald Ott, Leiter Vertrieb Lkw Mercedes-Benz und FUSO Deutschland, an Rainer Schmitt, gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrender Gesellschafter von Logistik Schmitt, \u00fcbergeben.<\/h5>\n<p>(Leinfelden-Echterdingen\/Gaggenau) Das im badischen Bietigheim ans\u00e4ssige Familienunternehmen Logistik Schmitt wird den E-Lkw zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr den Transport von Motoren zwischen seinem Logistikstandort in Germersheim und dem 25 km entfernten Mercedes-Benz Werk W\u00f6rth im Mehrschichtbetrieb einsetzen. Sp\u00e4ter soll auch das Motorenwerk in Mannheim in die Route mit aufgenommen werden. Insgesamt sechs eActros 300 Sattelzugmaschinen wird der Logistiker in einem ersten Schritt in seinem Fuhrpark aufnehmen. Das erste Fahrzeug der Kleinserie des eActros 300 als Sattelzugmaschine wurde bereits im Juni 2023 an den niederl\u00e4ndischen Lebensmittellogistiker Simon Loos \u00fcbergeben. Offizieller Serienstart dieser Variante des eActros 300 ist Ende des Jahres.<\/p>\n<p>Ronald Ott: \u201eLogistik Schmitt ist bereits seit 2019 ein wichtiger Partner f\u00fcr die Erprobung des eActros. Vom ersten Prototyp bis hin zum elektrischen Gliederzug \u2013 Logistik Schmitt hat die Entwicklungsschritte des E-Lkw mit intensiven Tests begleitet. Umso mehr freuen wir uns, dass das Unternehmen den eActros nun fest in seinen Fuhrpark aufnimmt.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Rainer Schmitt: \u201eDer eActros f\u00fcr den Verteilerverkehr hat sein K\u00f6nnen im Einsatz bei uns \u00fcber die letzten Jahre unter Beweis gestellt. F\u00fcr unsere Entscheidung, nun auch die Variante als Sattelzugmaschine zu erwerben, war das Gesamtkonzept von Mercedes-Benz Trucks samt e-spezifischer Beratung ausschlaggebend.\u201c<\/p>\n<h5>Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Ladem\u00f6glichkeiten ist entscheidend<\/h5>\n<p>Entscheidend f\u00fcr den erfolgreichen Betrieb der E-Fahrzeuge ist aber auch die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Ladem\u00f6glichkeiten. Das Logistikunternehmen hat bereits fr\u00fchzeitig an seinen Standorten mit dem Aufbau einer passenden Landeinfrastruktur begonnen.
