Laut einer Analyse von NTT DATA, einem Anbieter von KI- und Technologie-Services, k\u00f6nnten diese Trends bis 2030 die Art und Weise, wie Produkte hergestellt werden, erheblich ver\u00e4ndern. Darin macht das Unternehmen auf zwei Megatrends aufmerksam.<\/p>\n<h3>Trend 1: Humanoide Roboter als neue Automatisierungsstufe<\/h3>\n<p>Humanoide Roboter, die in Form und Bewegung dem Menschen nachempfunden sind, stellen eine neue Entwicklungsstufe in der Automatisierung dar, so NTT DATA. Diese Maschinen seien in der Lage selbstst\u00e4ndig Entscheidungen zu treffen und sich an wechselnde Bedingungen anzupassen. Dies unterscheide sie von herk\u00f6mmlichen Industrierobotern, die auf manuell programmierte Routinen angewiesen sind und in der Regel nur in kontrollierten Umgebungen effektiv arbeiten k\u00f6nnen. Der Einsatz humanoider Roboter k\u00f6nne dazu f\u00fchren, dass menschliche Arbeitskr\u00e4fte in bestimmten Bereichen der Fertigung weniger notwendig werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Trend 2: Die Vision der autonomen Fabrik<\/h3>\n<p>Ein weiterer Trend, den NTT DATA hervorhebt, ist die Entwicklung autonomer Fabriken, auch als \u201eDark Factory\u201c bekannt. Diese Vision beschreibt eine Produktionsumgebung, in der Maschinen alle Prozesse selbstst\u00e4ndig \u00fcbernehmen, ohne dass menschliche Anwesenheit erforderlich ist. Somit k\u00f6nne gar auf das Licht in den Produktionshallen verzichtet werden. Obwohl in der Praxis einige optische Sensoren und Kameras weiterhin auf Licht angewiesen sind, verdeutliche das Konzept das Ziel einer vollst\u00e4ndig autonomen Produktion.
