Bei der Mitsubishi Thermal Transport Europe GmbH (MTTE) stehen alle Zeichen auf Wachstum. Innerhalb von nur vier Jahren hat der Osnabr\u00fccker Dienstleister f\u00fcr Transport-K\u00fchlmaschinen seine Belegschaft von rund 25 auf 50 verdoppelt. Parallel dazu hat MTTE den Umsatz in den vergangenen drei Jahren verdoppelt. Zudem wurde mit Alexander Allgaier einer COO berufen. <\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Osnabr\u00fcck) Mit der personellen Expansion baut MTTE auch die Unternehmensstruktur und die F\u00fchrungsebene aus: die neu geschaffene Position des Chief Operating Officer (COO) \u00fcbernimmt Alexander Allgaier (41). Der geb\u00fcrtige Heilbronner ist seit 2022 bei MTTE. Er hatte zun\u00e4chst das Vertriebsgebiet Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg und sp\u00e4ter weitere Regionen im S\u00fcdwesten betreut. \u201eWir freuen uns sehr, dass mit Alexander Allgaier ein kompetenter Kollege aus den eigenen Reihen die anspruchsvolle neue COO-Aufgabe \u00fcbernimmt\u201c, sagt MTTE-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Bj\u00f6rn Reckhorn. \u201eHerr Allgaier ist ab sofort Koordinator und Schnittstelle zwischen den einzelnen MTTE-Fachabteilungen Vertrieb, Technik\/Entwicklung, Auftragsabwicklung, Werkstatt\/Service und After Sales. Damit unterst\u00fctzt er unseren dynamischen Wachstumsprozess auf dem deutschen und europ\u00e4ischen Markt.\u201c<\/p>\n

Als Joint Venture von Mitsubishi und dem K\u00fchlaggregate-Spezialisten HEIFO ist MTTE nicht nur Generalimporteur der japanischen Mitsubishi-K\u00fchlanlagen, sondern auch Service-Dienstleister f\u00fcr den gesamten europ\u00e4ischen Markt. Wachstumstreiber ist die konsequente Elektrifizierungs-Strategie des Unternehmens, um dem Markt zukunftsf\u00e4hige Zero-Emission-L\u00f6sungen zu bieten \u2013 so zum Beispiel mit den neue vollelektrischen K\u00fchlmaschinen TEK oder TEJ f\u00fcr die City-Logistik und den regionalen Verteilerverkehr.<\/p>\n

Technischer Service und Vertrieb wird ausgebaut<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Neben der F\u00fchrungsebene wird bei MTTE auch der technische Service sowie der Vertrieb kontinuierlich ausgebaut. Ziel ist es, in den einzelnen Regionen mit Service-Partnern, aber auch mit eigenem Personal noch n\u00e4her an den Kunden zu sein. \u201eDamit k\u00f6nnen wir die aktive Kundenbetreuung intensivieren, die Abl\u00e4ufe und den Service in der Zentrale optimieren und den Mobilservice in der Fl\u00e4che weiter ausbauen\u201c, erl\u00e4utert der neue COO, Alexander Allgaier. Hierf\u00fcr hat MTTE Anfang 2024 weitere Schl\u00fcsselpositionen mit neuem Personal besetzt.<\/p>\n
