Mehr als 1.300 Verbraucher weltweit gaben Auskunft \u00fcber ihre Pr\u00e4ferenzen in Bezug zum Versand und der Nachhaltigkeit.<\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00fcnchen) Die Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass das Ph\u00e4nomen des \u201eHoliday Creep\u201c \u2013 bei dem die Einzelh\u00e4ndler die Feiertagsartikel jedes Jahr fr\u00fcher auf Lager haben \u2013 durch eine Ver\u00e4nderung in den Einkaufspr\u00e4ferenzen der Verbraucher bedingt sein k\u00f6nnte. Im Jahr 2024 planen 68 Prozent der Verbraucher, ihre Weihnachts- und Geschenkeink\u00e4ufe vor der traditionellen Urlaubszeit (Mitte November bis Dezember) zu erledigen. Da die Hauptsaison fr\u00fcher beginnt, m\u00fcssen die Einzelh\u00e4ndler entsprechend auf die Anforderungen und Erwartungen der Verbraucher reagieren.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Wichtige Ergebnisse der Studie <em>The<\/em> <em>State of Consumer Holiday Shopping 2024<\/em>:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Mehrheit der Verbraucher (53 Prozent) gab an, dass sie keine h\u00f6heren Preise zahlen w\u00fcrden, damit ihre Eink\u00e4ufe rechtzeitig zu den Feiertagen ankommen.<\/li>\n<li>40 Prozent der Verbraucher gaben an, dass h\u00f6here Warenpreise als im letzten Jahr eine der Hauptsorgen bei ihren Weihnachtseink\u00e4ufen sind.<\/li>\n<li>Eine weitere Sorge der Verbraucher ist, dass die Einzelh\u00e4ndler die Mindestbestellwerte f\u00fcr kostenlosen Versand erh\u00f6hen oder den gratis Versand ganz abschaffen (25 Prozent). Dicht gefolgt von der generellen Sorge, \u00fcber h\u00f6here Versandkosten als im letzten Jahr (18 Prozent).<\/li>\n<li>Verbraucher sind \u00fcber steigende Versandkosten und die Abschaffung des kostenlosen Versands besorgt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Nachhaltiges Einkaufen wird bei den Verbrauchern immer beliebter \u2013 solange es kosteng\u00fcnstig ist:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>65 Prozent der Verbraucher w\u00fcrden Marken bevorzugen, die sich f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit einsetzen. Verbraucher unterst\u00fctzen demnach Brands, die auf Nachhaltigkeit achten, wenn die Kosten daf\u00fcr nicht zu hoch sind.<\/li>\n<li>51 Prozent der Verbraucher planen, weiter im Voraus einzukaufen und sich f\u00fcr eine langsamere Liefermethode zu entscheiden, um ihren \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdruck zu verringern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Die Verbraucher meiden unzuverl\u00e4ssige Marken\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>58 Prozent der Verbraucher geben an, dass sie wahrscheinlich nicht bei einem H\u00e4ndler einkaufen werden, der sein zugesagtes Lieferdatum nicht einh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201eWir beobachten, dass Verbraucher ihre Kauf- und Nachhaltigkeitsgewohnheiten \u00e4ndern, wenn es um ihre diesj\u00e4hrigen Weihnachtseink\u00e4ufe geht\u201c, sagt Carson Krieg, Director of Global Alliances bei project44. \u201eDer Einkauf von Geschenken vor der Hochsaison des Weihnachtsgesch\u00e4fts kann den Kunden helfen, Geld zu sparen, die Emissionen von Kohlendioxid zu senken und die Probleme mit versp\u00e4teten Lieferungen zu begrenzen.
