Die Ratingagentur Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) hat heute die Bonit\u00e4t von Hapag-Lloyd um eine Stufe von „Ba2“ auf „Ba1“ angehoben. Dies ist die h\u00f6chste Bonit\u00e4tseinstufung, die Hapag-Lloyd seit der Einf\u00fchrung des Ratings durch Moody’s im Jahr 2010 erhalten hat. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde das Rating f\u00fcr vorrangige unbesicherte Anleihen um zwei Stufen von ‚Ba3‘ auf ‚Ba1‘ angehoben. Die Ratings sind mit einem stabilen Ausblick versehen.<\/h5>\n

Mit den verbesserten Ratings w\u00fcrdigt Moody’s die gute Unternehmensentwicklung von Hapag-Lloyd in einem herausfordernden geopolitischen Umfeld. Positiv hervorgehoben wurden zudem das weiterhin umsichtige Bilanzmanagement und die starke Liquidit\u00e4tsposition. Die Heraufstufung des Anleihe-Rating um gleich zwei Stufen war in erster Linie auf den hohen Anteil unbelasteter Verm\u00f6genswerte zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Umsichtige Finanzpolitik beibehalten<\/h5>\n

„Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Moody’s die Ertragskraft von Hapag-Lloyd ebenso wie unser konsequentes Bilanz- und Liquidit\u00e4tsmanagement erneut mit einem Upgrade gew\u00fcrdigt hat. Wir werden unsere umsichtige Finanzpolitik beibehalten und im Rahmen unserer Stategie 2030 intensiv daran arbeiten, unsere Wettbewerbs- und Kostenposition weiter zu verbessern\u201c, sagte Mark Frese, CFO\/CPO der Hapag-Lloyd AG.<\/p>\n
