Das zeigt der neue \u00bbWMS MARKTREPORT KOMPAKT 2024\u00ab des Fraunhofer-Instituts f\u00fcr Materialfluss und Logistik IML. Der Marktreport berichtet alle zwei Jahre \u00fcber aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen rund um den WMS-Markt. In diesem Jahr lag der Fokus der Befragung auf K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund) Die Forschenden des Fraunhofer IML konnten mit dem WMS-Marktreport drei technologische Haupttrends identifizieren: Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning und Digital Security. Die Studie zeigt zudem, dass WMS-Anbieter KI am h\u00e4ufigsten zur Personalbedarfsprognose verwenden. Das verdeutlicht die zunehmende Relevanz der Technologie f\u00fcr die Ressourcenzuweisung. Dennoch sind die Anwendungsbereiche von KI sehr vielf\u00e4ltig: Der g\u00e4ngigste Ansatz zur Nutzung der Technologie in WMS ist die generative KI. Neben KI konzentrierte sich die Studie in diesem Jahr au\u00dferdem auf Cloud-L\u00f6sungen. Hier ist eine zunehmende Anzahl von WMS-Anbietern zu verzeichnen, die Cloud-L\u00f6sungen anbieten. Das stellt einen deutlichen Zuwachs im Vergleich zum letzten Report von 2022 dar.<\/p>\n<p>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung im Bereich der Warehouse-Management-Systeme besteht in der kontinuierlichen Anpassung an das sich schnell entwickelnde Feld. Das gelingt den Anwendern der WMS-Systeme durch den Einsatz dieser neuen Technologien. Die Studienreihe \u00bbWMS MARKTREPORT KOMPAKT 2024\u00ab beobachtet den Markt, um aktuelle Entwicklungen zu identifizieren und Transparenz zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<h5>50 umfassende Auswertungen zum WMS-Markt<\/h5>\n<p>Der jedes zweite Jahr ver\u00f6ffentlichte Report beinhaltet \u00fcber 50 umfassende Auswertungen zum WMS-Markt. Durchgef\u00fchrt wird er von der Plattform \u00bbwarehouse logistics\u00ab des Fraunhofer IML, einer europ\u00e4ischen Vergleichsplattform f\u00fcr Logistik-IT-Systeme. Die Forschenden decken dabei verschiedene Systemgruppen ab, darunter WMS, TMS (Transport-Management-Systeme) und RPS (Ressourcenplanungssysteme). In naher Zukunft wird auch eine Beratung zu MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) verf\u00fcgbar sein, die sich derzeit in der Entwicklung befindet. Auf der Plattform \u00bbwarehouse logistics\u00ab sind derzeit 81 WMS gelistet, die zum Teil in den WMS-Marktreport mit eingeflossen sind.
