Zum 15. Januar hat Dachser alle Anteile seines finnischen Joint Ventures DACHSER Finland Oy \u00fcbernommen. Mit diesem Schritt st\u00e4rkt der Logistikdienstleister sein Landverkehrsnetz in Nordeuropa. Dachser hatte das Joint Venture in Finnland Ende 2013 zusammen mit der ACE Logistics Group gegr\u00fcndet. <\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Kempten\/Helsinki) Beide Partner hielten bislang 50 Prozent der Anteile. Nun hat Dachser alle Anteile des Gemeinschaftsunternehmens \u00fcbernommen und integriert Dachser Finland Oy auch organisatorisch komplett in seine nordische Landverkehrsorganisation unter der Leitung von Peter Hut, Managing Director Nordic European Logistics.<\/p>\n

Damit kann Dachser seinen Kunden in der Region integrierte Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen f\u00fcr Industrie- und Konsumg\u00fcter sowie Lebensmittel anbieten und gleichzeitig eine enge Luft- und Seefrachtanbindung \u00fcber das Gesch\u00e4ftsfeld Air & Sea Logistics gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

Lange vertrauensvolle Partnerschaft<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Mit seinem Netzwerkpartner ACE Logistics Group mit Hauptsitz in Tallinn, Estland, arbeitet DACHSER bereits seit mehr als 25 Jahren in den baltischen Staaten zusammen. F\u00fcr das Baltikum und die Ukraine wird ACE auch weiterhin enger Partner von DACHSER im europ\u00e4ischen Landverkehrsnetz bleiben.<\/p>\n

In den L\u00e4ndern Finnland, Schweden, D\u00e4nemark und Norwegen besch\u00e4ftigt DACHSER rund 1.800 Mitarbeitende. Um die Nordic-Region zu st\u00e4rken, hatte DACHSER Anfang 2024 den schwedischen Lebensmittellogistiker Frigoscandia AB erworben und erst k\u00fcrzlich in neue Niederlassungen in Aalborg, D\u00e4nemark, und Kristiansand in Norwegen investiert. Auch in J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping und Landskrona in Schweden w\u00e4chst DACHSER weiter und bezieht gr\u00f6\u00dfere Geb\u00e4ude.<\/p>\n

Neuer Standort in Tampere geplant<\/strong><\/h5>\n
