Zum Start des kommenden Gesch\u00e4ftsjahres am 1. M\u00e4rz 2025 wird der zentrale Logistikdienstleister der Otto Group den Retourenbetrieb der Modemarke bonprix, ebenfalls ein Unternehmen der Otto Goup, im polnischen Lodz \u00fcbernehmen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburg\/Lodz) \u201eDamit st\u00e4rken wir nicht nur unsere Position in Polen, sondern forcieren auch unsere dynamische Entwicklung hin zu einem der erfolgreichsten B2C-Fulfilment-Dienstleister im europ\u00e4ischen E-Commerce\u201c, betont Kevin Kufs, Vorsitzender der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung von Hermes Fulfilment.<\/p>\n<p>Den Retourenbetrieb in Lodz hatte bonprix seit mehr als 20 Jahren erfolgreich betrieben, integriert ist ein kleines Lager f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfst\u00fccke. Er liegt ca. 130 Kilometer s\u00fcdwestlich der Hauptstadt Warschau. Auf einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von etwa 12.600 Quadratmetern k\u00f6nnen pro Jahr bis zu 50 Millionen Artikel bearbeitet werden. An 220 Beurteilungspl\u00e4tzen wird die Ware sorgf\u00e4ltig auf Besch\u00e4digungen und Anprobierspuren gepr\u00fcft. Je nach Bedarf werden Flecken entfernt, Kn\u00f6pfe angen\u00e4ht und Kleidungsst\u00fccke geb\u00fcgelt. Als neuwertig eingestufte Artikel werden manuell neu verpackt und anschlie\u00dfend zur Wiedereinlagerung ins Versandzentrum nach Haldensleben (Sachsen-Anhalt) transportiert. Der Betrieb dort ist auf die logistische Abwicklung des Fashion-Sortiments von bonprix spezialisiert und wird ebenfalls von Hermes Fulfilment betrieben.<\/p>\n<h5>Bis zu 500 Besch\u00e4ftigte<\/h5>\n<p>Bis zu 500 Besch\u00e4ftigte k\u00fcmmern sich in Lodz um die Retourenabwicklung. F\u00fcr sie \u00e4ndert sich infolge des Betriebs\u00fcbergangs bis auf den Namen des Arbeitgebers kaum etwas. \u201eAlle Arbeitspl\u00e4tze bleiben erhalten\u201c, sagt Kevin Kufs, \u201edenn auch in Zukunft wird bonprix s\u00e4mtliche Retouren aus Europa weiter in Lodz bearbeiten lassen und dort mit den anderen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen pr\u00e4sent bleiben.\u201c Tomasz Mroz, bisher Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Modemarke in Lodz, ist im Zuge des Betriebs\u00fcbergangs ebenfalls zu Hermes Fulfilment gewechselt. Maja Biernacka, zweite Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von bonprix in Polen, \u00fcbernimmt die alleinige Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung. Durch den \u00dcbergang des Retourenbetriebs kann sich bonprix fortan auf das Kerngesch\u00e4ft Fashion konzentrieren und profitiert gleichzeitig davon, mit Hermes Fulfilment einen vertrauten Partner als Logistikdienstleister an der Seite zu haben. Tomasz Mroz\u2018 Aufgabe bei Hermes Fulfilment ist es, weiterhin f\u00fcr einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Logistik in Lodz zu sorgen und sich um den weiteren Aufbau des zweiten Retourenbetriebs im westpolnischen Ilowa zu k\u00fcmmern. Dort hat Hermes Fulfilment im Jahr 2023 auf einer Fl\u00e4che von 20.000 Quadratmetern mit dem Handling zur\u00fcckgeschickter Ware begonnen. In Ilowa k\u00f6nnen unter Volllast bis zu 40 Millionen zur\u00fcckgeschickte Artikel logistisch abgewickelt werden.<\/p>\n<h5>St\u00e4rken der Kompetenzen<\/h5>\n<p>\u201eIch freue mich, dass wir mit der Integration des langj\u00e4hrigen bonprix-Standortes die Gelegenheit nutzen, unser internationales Netzwerk noch einmal zu erweitern und den Retourenbetrieb in Lodz mit unserer Retourenabwicklung in Ilowa zu verzahnen\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Kevin Kufs. In Ilowa wird zur\u00fcckgeschickte Ware des Versandh\u00e4ndlers OTTO bearbeitet, \u00fcberwiegend Bekleidung, Schuhe, Schmuck und Kleinelektroartikel. In direkter Nachbarschaft zum dortigen Retourenbetrieb betreibt Hermes Fulfilment seit 2024 ein neun Hallen umfassendes Versandzentrum, das wegen seiner Nutzfl\u00e4che von 268.000 Quadratmetern und seiner modernen Technologie Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be in der Logistik setzt. \u201eMit der Aufnahme des Retourenbetriebs in Lodz in unser Netzwerk st\u00e4rken wir die Kompetenzen unserer mittlerweile drei Betriebe in Polen und entwickeln sie kontinuierlich weiter\u201c, sagt Kevin Kufs.<\/p>\n<h5>Basis f\u00fcr weiteres Wachstum gelegt<\/h5>\n<p>Strategisches Ziel von Hermes Fulfilment ist es, bis 2028 zu den drei erfolgreichsten B2C-Fulfilment-Dienstleistern in der Paket- und Gro\u00dfst\u00fccklogistik im europ\u00e4ischen E-Commerce zu geh\u00f6ren.
