Das familiengef\u00fchrte Unternehmen mit Sitz in Frankreich und internationaler Pr\u00e4senz plant, die Logistikstr\u00f6me seiner Schuhmarken \u2013 darunter G\u00e9mo, ERAM, Bocage und Mellow Yellow \u2013 in einem neuen Distributionszentrum im Loiretal zu b\u00fcndeln.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcber 40.000 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfe Anlage entsteht in Chemill\u00e9-en-Anjou, rund 300 Kilometer s\u00fcdwestlich von Paris. Ein entscheidendes Kriterium f\u00fcr die Wahl der Dematic-L\u00f6sung gegen\u00fcber vergleichbaren Angeboten sei das besonders kompakte Design des AutoStore\u2122-Systems gewesen, das in das neue Distributionszentrum integriert wird. Dieses bietet eine h\u00f6here Lagerkapazit\u00e4t auf gleicher Fl\u00e4che und l\u00e4sst sich bei Bedarf flexibel erweitern.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Effizienz der Auftragsabwicklung steigern<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung von Dematic vereint mehrere fortschrittlichste Technologien in einem kompakten, skalierbaren Design. Sie automatisiert sowohl die Kommissionierung als auch die Palettierung und umfasst unter anderem ein platzsparendes AutoStore\u2122-System, das die Effizienz der Auftragsabwicklung bei der ERAM-Gruppe deutlich steigern soll. Erg\u00e4nzt wird die Anlage durch ein Wareneingangsf\u00f6rderband mit zwei automatischen Entladeeinheiten f\u00fcr Lkw und Container sowie ein weiteres F\u00f6rderband zur Paketsortierung vor der anschlie\u00dfenden Palettierung.<\/p>\n<p>Das AutoStore\u2122-System selbst umfasst 80.000 Beh\u00e4lter, 84 Roboter und 16 Arbeitsstationen und erm\u00f6glicht eine hochgradig automatisierte, flexible Auftragsbearbeitung. Ein Roboter \u00f6ffnet die Kartons, ein weiterer lagert nicht verkaufsf\u00e4hige Waren ins System ein. F\u00fcr den Kommissionierprozess ist eine Verpackungsstation vorgesehen, von der aus die Auftr\u00e4ge \u00fcber ein F\u00f6rderband direkt in den Versandbereich weitergeleitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4mtliche Kommissionier- und Fulfillment-Prozesse werden von der Warehouse Control Software (WCS) von Dematic gesteuert. Sie stellt sicher, dass sowohl logistische Anforderungen als auch Erwartungen an die Kundenzufriedenheit zuverl\u00e4ssig erf\u00fcllt werden. Zudem l\u00e4sst sich die L\u00f6sung nahtlos in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur der ERAM-Gruppe integrieren.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Inbetriebnahme im 4. Quartal 2026<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Das Projekt befindet sich bereits in der Umsetzung. Die Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme sind f\u00fcr das 4.
