Durch einen Mix aus interaktiven Workshops, Impulsvortr\u00e4gen und Kamingespr\u00e4chen mit Expertinnen und Experten aus Wissenschaft und Praxis wird ein unmittelbar umsetzbarer Bezug zur beruflichen Realit\u00e4t sichergestellt. Teilnehmende erhalten ein gemeinsames Zertifikat beider Hochschulen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Seminarreihe integriert wissenschaftlich fundierte SCM-Grundlagen in Verbindung mit modernen Tools und Technologien, um die Supply Chain optimal zu gestalten und zu betreiben. Die Schwerpunkte dieses Programms liegen auf den Themenfeldern Supply Chain Strategie, Supply Chain Effizienz, Supply Chain Risiko- und Resilienzmanagement sowie Supply Chain Digitalisierung.<\/p>\n<p>Teilnehmende lernen in einem praxisorientierten Setting verschiedene Werkzeuge und Ans\u00e4tze kennen, um systematisch und bedarfsgerecht die Triade aus Lieferf\u00e4higkeit, Effizienz und Kapitalbindung auszubalancieren und Innovationsimpulse in die Supply Chain zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Durch eine Mischung aus Workshops und interaktiven Impulsreferaten mit ausgewiesenen Supply Chain-Experten aus Wissenschaft und Praxis ist sichergestellt, dass die vermittelten Insights wissenschaftlich fundiert und praxisnah sind. Kamingespr\u00e4che mit hochkar\u00e4tigen Supply Chain-Praktikern jeweils am 1.
